Great Location in Mountainside. Large deck off living room and master bedroom. Gorgeous mountain views. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom. There are two large sofas in the livingroom that could be slept on but are not counted in the maximum number of sleepers. The sofas do not pull out.
On site there is a swimming pool and 4 Jacuzzis. As well as a racquetball court and tennis courts.
Mountainside is within walking distance of downtown Frisco. Downtown Frisco has a variety of different shops and restaurants. You are approximately 10 miles away from all ski locations: Copper Mountain, Breckenridge,Keystone.
There is one covered parking space with the unit. Additional guest spaces are available outside.

Hi We are a family of four that live in Southern California. We love California and are situated here for my husband's work. We have two girls that are a great joy. We hope that they will love the outdoors as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Mountain Side
We choose this rental spot because we wanted something in the rockies that we could use in the summer and winter. In the summer we love to hike and mountain bike and in the winter we love to ski and cross country ski. We love this particular condo because it has a pool and jacuzzi, it is peaceful, it has beautiful views. You get the feeling that you are far away from everything but you can still walk easily down to town. It is not too crowded like Breck but there is enough to keep you busy with the kids and all the resorts are only 5 minutes away. We also enjoy the festivals in frisco and the lake and boating on the lake.
