Welcome to our website! We're excited to introduce our home, Lupines at 502. We are pleased to offer this newly built, luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, single family home in the town of Crested Butte. It is located in the newest upscale neighborhood of Crested Butte. The fashionable east-side is very quiet and private, yet just a few blocks from the bustling downtown shops, restaurants and activities. A very short walk will also take you to the town park and rainbow park, the Center for the Arts, the free Alpenglow concerts and free shuttle to the mountain! The rec path and numberous trails can be accessed from out the door! Our house is located "on the fenceline", bordering open space and has expansive, unobstructed views of Mt Crested Butte.
This exceptional home was built with a focus on details and the environment. The high end finishings and tasteful decor atest to this! It was rated as the most energy efficent home in CB. All the exterior siding, the interior flooring and trim are 100+ year old reclaimed barnwood. The pictures speak for themselves. We know the area quite well and can offer great advise on where to go for hiking, biking, running, skiing, XC skiing, fishing, shopping and dining.
