Our Beach Haven, home is steps from the Ocean with a life guard on duty. Enjoy the breath taking ocean views and fantastic sunrises from the upstairs family room, master bedroom, front balcony and rear deck. It features many of the amenities you would expect including 2 Zone Central Air, brick patio, second family room, beer miester, wine refrigerator and wet bar.
This is truly our second home and offers a great opportunity to have a fantastic vacation on Long Beach Island (LBI) while enjoying all of the comfort s of home including 46” flatscreen HD TV and a Bose surround sound stereo system along with a flatscreen HDTV in master bedroom.
This year we are providing Sunday to Sunday rentals. This will offer our tenants easier access to LBI without the hassle of Saturday traffic and other rental changeovers.
Located in the heart of historic Beach Haven, NJ, this 5 bedroom home offers everything your family could ever want from a vacation at the shore.
You are walking distance to great restaurants, Bay Village shopping, Thundering Surf Water Park, miniature golf, outdoor concerts, and Fantasy Island Amusement Park. This is a great home for two families vacationing together. Beach Badges will be provided for up to 4 adults.

Owner Description
We are hands on owners. We will be there to greet you as well as when you depart. We continually make improvements to our home. Last year we installed new carpeting on the second floor, installed leaded glass front and side doors, DirecTV, wifi, new recliner and outdoor furniture. This year we are residing our home and installing new Anderson windows. We know you will enjoy this home so close to ocean as much as we have for the past 27 years.

This property's location provides access to all that Beach Haven has to offer, We are steps to the ocean with no streets to cross. Just walk out the door and you are on the beach! It is within walking distance to great restuaurants, the Surflight Theater, Showtime Ice Cream Parlor, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, and Bay Village Shopping. The town park just a few blocks away offers community band performances weekly.

We have stayed at this property more than 10 times and have loved it more each time. Proximity to the beach and restaurants for the price is exceptional. Great house!!
