This unit is located on Satellite Beach, only one block south of Patrick Military Base where there is over five miles of deserted beach - no other condos or obstructions. Excellent fishing, surfing, swimming, and turtle watching right out the back door.
The owner of this unit is an avid surfer and lives close by so if there is anything else you need, he's just a few miles away. The decor within the unit is reminiscent of his surf travels and the attention to detail within the unit clearly shows.
Satellite Beach is located between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne Beach. The causeway to the mainland is only two blocks north of this complex and just 45 minutes east of Orlando. To the north, approximately 10 miles, is the World Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, but don't forget to stop by the smaller surf shops on your way, including Quiet Flight, Natural Art, and Tom Neilson's new shop (just north of Patrick). These quaint shops provide you with the local knowledge on where to surf and what everyone is riding. You can also check out the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame Museum located within the Ron Jon's Complex - there's always something going on there.

Very clean, unit was very close to beach (just steps to stairs leading down to sand), owner was very easy to work with. Nice decor and provided all those little extras (boogie boards, chairs, etc). Close to everything. We got our full deposit back and enjoyed ourselves. When the tide is out the water can be rocky so wear beach shoes, when tide is full it's not an issue. Great bodysurfing!!
