You will be vacationing in a warmly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in Building E at Mountain Side. It is a very private and quiet unit. It was recently updated with new carpet, countertops and tile. We recently installed a 40" Sony high definition flat panel wall TV and fine log furniture in the master bedroom.
The condo overlooks National forest and is one block from trail heads and the famous Vail-Copper-Breckenridge paved bike path.
Frisco is in the heart of ski country, with Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Keystone close by. To top that off, A-Basin and Vail are less than 30 minutes away!
Mountain Side has the best clubhouse in Frisco with indoor pool, steam room, dry sauna and indoor hot tub. Relax in three large outdoor hot tubs with views of Mount Royal. The clubhouse also has a racquetball court and an outdoor tennis court.
Your condo is on a jog in the building and therefore has a large deck and a side living room window. The forest-side master bedroom has a large sliding glass door with a view of the National Forest and Peak One. In the adjoining woods you will see cabins dating back to the 1800s. (Most Mountain Side two bedrooms do not have these features.)
Main Street is a short five block walk from the condo. Visitors flock to this picture post card town center. It has numerous restaurants, bars, a bakery and varied shops at the foot of Mount Royal. From burgers at the Moose Jaw and dancing at Jonny G’s to fine dining at Farley's or the Blue Spruce, Frisco has something for everyone.
Frisco also has a great historic park, where you can tour several cabins, a jail house and a school from the frisco's early mining days.
The condo has 3 sleeping areas:
1) Master bedroom with queen bed and large view of forest and rustic cabins
2) Living Room (pull out couch) with view of Peak One
3) Second bedroom (two twin beds) and view of continental divide.
