A new, large, 3+ bedroom loft, ideally located for your Vail / Beaver Creek ski get-a-way! The Minturn Lofts are located on Main Street in the heart of historic Minturn, Colorado. Our loft sits above light retail and was completed in the Fall of 2007. It is easy walking to all of the local and historic establishments and watering holes. This home is ideally located between two world-class ski areas, Vail and Beaver Creek. Both resorts are just a short, 10 minute drive away. The loft offers 1,850 square feet and features a 3rd floor, rooftop balcony with breathtaking views of the famous “Lions Head” outcropping on the backside of Vail Mountain.
The loft has high end stainless steel appliances and state of the art audio/video equipment. The unit is professionally decorated with chic, comfortable furnishings complimenting the overall mountain style. Its 3 bedrooms offer king and queen sleeping arrangements with Ralph Lauren linens and a flat screen TV in each bedroom. Additionally, there is a loft area with a futon to accommodate a couple more guests. If you must get caught up with work, there is a desk in the loft area and access to wireless internet throughout the unit. Be sure to relax in the jetted tub in the master bath and enjoy either of the fireplaces in the living room and in the master bedroom. The loft also has a full-size washer and dryer to accommodate your needs. Children's games and toys are also provided.

$100 cleaning fee (no fee for rentals of 5 nights or more).
Damage deposit of $250 due at time of booking.
Deposit = 2 nights, with balance due at 30 days. Cx Policy = 100% @ 60 days.
