This is a beautiful house located close to Peak 8 lift for winter and all the great hiking trails in the summer. The home is in a prime location next to a protected wilderness area on a quiet side street, but a short walk to the free city bus stop. In addition, the hiking trails, mountain bike trails and Nordic ski trails start right out the front door. This is the place you want to be winter, spring, summer or fall. You will be happy you selected this house for your vacation.

You have everything right here and will never have to get back in the car. This house has Viking appliances, a well equipped kitchen fully stocked with all food basics, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings and an outdoor hot tub under the stars. You will be very comfortable here and enjoy every moment.

    • Kid Friendly: Great kids bedroom and they have their own TV upstairs.
    • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This is a home that is perfect for families and adult vacationers. I will not rent to college students or persons under 30. This is not a party house and I will take your full deposit if the house is left in poor condition.
    • Smoking Not Allowed: Please no smoking in the house.

    • What a great home! We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the location and all the great features of the house. Easy walk to the shuttle, quick ride to the slopes and the kids loved the hot tub! We can't wait to come back to Highwood Lodge next year!!

    • We had such a wonderful time in your beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect. We couldn't think of one thing that we were missing. Rob and I absolutely LOVED your shower in the master bath. It was awesome and great after a long day of skiing. That may end up costing us because now we want one like that for our home. We were so pleasantly surprised as how close everything was. It is the perfect house. We went to some great restaurants and really enjoyed being there. We hope you liked the snowman we left for you. He was made with great care! Took us hours!!! LOL! We were sad we had to take his hat with us! We left you with some sleds we purchased to go to Carter Park where we had great fun sledding. What a blast! Hopefully we can use them next time we come and you can also use them for future families that stay there. We really appreciate all the little extras. It made our vacation absolutely perfect.

    • This house was so clean and located just a short little walk to the bus pick up to the mountain. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a clean jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, granite and all the upgrades. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to have a large beautiful upscale custom home near Lifts 7 and 8 at Breckenridge. It is also near fabulous shopping on Main Street and great resturants. The heated garage was fantastic and a great place to take off all your gear. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back to stay for sure! Pride of ownership abounds in this home.
