The home is in a prime location next to a protected wilderness area on a quiet side street, but a very short walk to the free city bus stop. The kids can go to and from the ski area with no hassles. Just hop on the free shuttle and in one minute your at the Peak 8 ski based where all the rentals and ski schools are. This is a great home for a family ski or summer vacation. The trails for mountain biking, hiking and Nordic skiing start right out the front door. This is the place you want to be winter, spring, summer or fall. You will be pleased that you selected this home for your vacation.
You have access to everything right from the house and will never have to get back in the car. The home has Viking appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and an outdoor hot tub under the stars. The home is completely stocked with all the basic ingredients to cook your favorite meals. If you like to cook you will love this house. The home is beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings. - Kid Friendly: Great kids bunk room and they have their own TV upstairs.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This is a home that is perfect for families and responsible adult vacationers. I will not rent to groups of college students or young adults. This is not a party house and I expect guests to take good care of the home.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our home is perfectly located for downhill skiing and is also close to the hiking, biking and Nordic ski trials. We love Breckenridge-- it is a real town with lots of charm, history, great restaurants and shopping.
This is the main ski area including ski schools, rentals and lifts to the entire mountain. Also open in summer with a fun park, hiking and mountain biking trails.
This is a fantastic place where all the hiking and biking and ski trails start. About 100 meters from the house.
Just our my back door about 100 meters is the free shuttle bus stop to Peak 8 ski base area, 1 minute away!
