Newly furnished beautiful brick one story townhome in friendly beautiful senior community. All floors have been newly redone with porcelain tile for easy living. Many activities in complex: book clubs, ladies group, exercise classes, tennis, 2 pools, hot tubs, and more. Fairfield is filled with the local plants and trees, and has green belts for walking. It fronts on a natural area with trails for walking in the desert and viewing the sunrise.

Use our pair of bikes (with car rack and helmets provided) to visit some of the accessible trails and paths in the area, or just to travel back and forth to the pool.

Then in the evening watch the sun set behind the mountains from either of the two patios, both of which are furnished and one with a gas barbecue. If the evening gets chilly you can light the gas log in the fireplace and enjoy a cozy night.

Foothills Mall is five minutes away and has Lowe's Cinemas, Barnes and Noble Bookstore, Applebee's , Outback and many more.

  • We enjoyed our stay in the location very much. The cosy condo was clean and comfortable and well located. The community is quiet and the people around us were friendly. The agent, Jennifer was quick to respond to any need we had.
