Fishmongers, Butchers, Fresh Vegetable & Fruits Stands, Bakeries with piping hot Croissants, Breads, Baguettes, as well as cafés, restaurants, are only the few “things” that this magic area has to offer.
“LATIN QUARTER” THE APARTMENT
One enters the apartment via a charming foyer, directly to one’s left the corridor leads you pass the full bathroom & than to the kitchen & the large living/dining room with 4 large windows. Across from the entrance there’s the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed & 2 windows. Directly to one’s right there’s the office/den/TV room with a large desk, most of the time the owners leave one PC computer for one’s use it also has 2 large windows. There’s also a comfortable double sleeping sofa. The next room is the main bedroom with a Queen Size bed & a very large bathroom with a walk in shower & 2 large windows. Both bedrooms face on rue Blainville which’s a very narrow & thus quiet street.

Upon Receiving Our Basic Contract We Request a 25% deposit through
PayPal our Secure Server or a Bank’S Wire Transfer.
A stay of 3 to 4 days is prorated from a weekly fee + 25%.
