This "just built" house is tastefully decorated. It has an open floor plan kitchen and family room, with 3 lovely bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Truly a home away from home. The basement is completely finished and walks out to a 10 x 10 gazebo. Great recreation room for the kids, featuring a full size pool table and key board piano.

There are two inflatable twin size beds also available. Bikes and beach chairs for your use. along with free beach passes.

Just 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of Kennebunk/port coast line, fine dining and wonderful shops at Docksquare! Do as little or as much as you want, the options are endless.


Centrally located. About 4 miles from I95 (Maine Turnpike) Freeports LL Bean is 30 minutes north and the outlets in Kittery are 30 minutes south. Additional photos available upon request of all inside rooms and grounds.
