This Racquet Club condominium has been completely refurnished with beautiful and comfortable leather couches and attractive bedroom furnishings throughout! It is the largest floor plan in the Racquet Club complex with 3 full bathrooms, a more spacious living room and an expanded loft area. The private patio has gorgeous views of the Park Meadows golf course and the surrounding mountains.
The condo is very close to the city wide free bus system that will take you to the ski resorts in minutes. A short walk away from the condo is the Park City Racquet Club, a city owned tennis/pool/health facility available to the public for a daily fee.
The condo has 3 levels and is approximately 1600 square feet. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and 1 bathroom are on the main floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The loft is on the third level, accessed via a stairway in the second bedroom and overlooks that room.

Kitchen: Well equipped for cooking meals.
Dining Room: The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6.

Comfortable bedrooms and luxury beds! Living room was excellent with leather sofas and chairs. Bathroom upstairs had some water damage as the floorboards sqeaked loudly whenever anyone walked around the tub area. Needs to be repaired ASAP. Dishwasher in kitchen also needs to be updated (has been replace now- owner). We enjoyed our stay and will return and rent from Alpine again.

This condo was well appointed. Good bedroom space. Kitchen was small but functional. Good family room. Great flat screen TVs. We had a rental car so driving to Deer Valley was easy and quick (maybe 10 minutes). The condo was near grocery shopping and the town.

Stayed here for the Sundance Film Festival, second year in a row.Unit is clean, comfortable enough (see review title above), convenient forour purposes, reasonably well stocked with stuff (salt and pepper might bea nice touch, coat hooks inside the door could help, too). Cleaning crew wasa rumor, but again see title of review.Office at Alpine makes things easy with friendly and attentive response,particularly from Annette, our friend in Park CIty.Bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms work, nice flatscreen TV and easywifi. Place ain't the Ritz Carlton but then they won't let us in the front doorthere--in fact, we're lucky they'll have us here.You can cook, sleep, doze in front of a TV, all in comfort--what else isthere?--It all works just fine.
