You can enjoy a Private Country Club Lifestyle on the Ted Robinson designed, 27-hole, championship course and practice facilities, 19 Tennis courts (lighted for evening play) and state of-the-art aerobic and weight equipment fitness center, California style clubhouse with exceptional dining, alongside the full-service Pro shop.
Our newly updated 2 bed/2 bath, 1300+ square foot single level condo with east facing patio sits adjacent to the second fairway between tee and green. There are three TVs on cable receivers, which include HBO, and there is internet access throughout. The low-traffic cul-de-sac has a pool and Jacuzzi-spa at both ends. Also available is our Rolls-Royce golf cart for cruising the links, going to the clubhouse, even for golfing!
After parking in the two-car attached garage, and entering though the private gated front courtyard, the front door opens to a formal tiled entryway. Immediately beyond sits the high-vaulted living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors and wood shutters, which open up to the private-covered patio. The outdoor tables and chairs accommodate seating for eight and there is a gas BBQ grill and serving counter.The fully stocked cook’s kitchen includes cookware and dish ware for service of ten. The informal eating area with table and chairs seats four and has a slider to the private patio too.
The living room is filled with designer furniture and artwork. The gas fireplace sits between the built-in TV/ storage cabinet and full-service wet-bar with glassware and sink. The formal dining room boasts a glass dining table, which comfortably seats six people and sits between the kitchen and living room alongside the serene atrium with water fountain and mature greenery.
The master bedroom has an Eastern King bed, large closet, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a TV. This room also opens up to the atrium with large sliding glass doors and wood shutters. The master bath has two mirrored closets, skylight, porcelain flooring, dual sinks and a glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, nightstand, TV and large closet with windows facing the private entry. The guest bathroom has a single sink, large linen closet (which holds the sheets, blankets, pillows and towels) and a tub/shower combination. There is central heat and air, as well as full-sized clothes washer and dryer inside unit.
Just beyond the College of the Desert with its popular weekend open-air market, is the famed shopping and restaurants of El Paseo. Within a couple miles is the Westfield Mall with Macy’s and Nordstrom’s. 5 minutes beyond the local Albertson’s and Rite-Aid is the “River” a newer destination in Rancho Mirage for dining, movies and shopping.
