This condo has the best view in Madeira Beach and is on the Gulf of Mexico.
Because it is on the fourth-floor and is a corner unit, you will have a direct view of the Gulf and if you look left you can see down the beach for miles. The unit has just been completely renovated from carpet, walls, furniture, TVs, just about everything you can think of. It has a large balcony that can seat eight. The master bedroom has sliding doors that allow you to lay in bed and just watch the Gulf.
My favorite thing to do is to just leave the door open and listen to the waves all night! Every amenity has been added including a washer and dryer in the unit, microwave, cable TV dishes. If you have a need for anything during your stay chances are we have put it in this unit.
John's Pass is a wonderful little village with shopping, restaurants, and boats and it is located only 1.2 miles from this condo. There is parasailing and waverunners right outside on the beach. When you get off the elevator you need only walk 50 feet to the beach or the pool. You can walk on this beach for miles and miles. It is truly one of my favorite units because it is large, spacious, has a great location, and view!
