Upon pulling up to the Del Mar Beach Club there is 3 Parking Spaces+ parking for Guests. Just steps from the parking is the Penthouse with 2 entrances. When opening the front door the first thing you will notice is one of the best whitewater beach views looking down to coast to La Jolla over looking the Del Mar Beach at about 70 feet elevation. Next you will notice Monterrey country like feeling on the ocean due to the fact you are overlooking 15 acres of oceanfront landscaping (Approx 2,100 ft of Coastline) with only 2 homes on it. All you will notice landscaping on the ocean south to La Jolla since the houses are invisible due to landscaping. Better Views than the 76 Million Dollar estate next door! All this will give you estate like feeling being in the Penthouse!

The Del Mar Beach Club is conveniently located on the oceanfront just 1.25m in a direct beeline from Hwy 5 on Via De la Valle on North side of the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track. This oceanfront penthouse is a only 2-3 minute drive away from this prime area, about 4 tenths of a mile. Del Mar Beach Club is considered one the Primer Complexes on the Oceanfront in North County. There are plenty of great restaurants within a short distance. Fish Market, Brigantines, Bully's, Fidel's, etc. Flower Hill with Movie Theater.
I have been in at least 50+ oceanfront condos and as a Vacation Rental Manager and this hands down is the best of best Oceanfront Whitewater views I have ever seen. A unique one of kind location.
