Dock, boat lift and just a 10 min boat ride to Charlotte Harbor and then out to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and two large closets. The master bath has two sinks, shower and separate large tub over looking a privacy garden. Both guest bedrooms have one queen bed. The fully applianced kitchen with eat-in dining area overlooks both the canal and the pool area. And after all your outdoor activities, come in and relax in the comfortable living room with the large 60" TV. Comcast cable TV and INTERNET service provided.

RENTAL CAR: Enterprise, Budget, Avis or Hertz are located in the Charlotte County Regional Airport in Punta Gorda or in nearby Port Charlotte. Enterprise has free pick up service. Prefer to have your own car? but don't want to drive all to way down? Several companies will drive it down for you.
GREAT LOCATION: This home is one hour north of NAPLES and one hour south of SARASOTA. Busch Gardens in TAMPA is about 1.5 hrs away. Unlimited shopping, antiquing, and cultural activities available in less than an hours drive.
SHOPPING: Less than 10 minutes to Fisherman's Village and lots of charming local shops in town or many major shopping malls about a half hour drive. Several Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, Banks, Wal-Mart and Home Depot within 2-5 miles.
BOATING: Bring your sailboat or power boat or rent one nearby. Dock and boat lift just steps outside this house on canal. Only a 10 minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor with no bridges.
GOLF: Closest is a private golf course St. Andrews South Country Club & Golf course which is about a half mile away and does offer guest memberships.
RESTAURANTS: Fisherman's village and lots of great restaurants in town within 10 mins. List of nearby restaurants available.
Florida imposes a 12% tax on all rentals that are less than six months.

>> PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. Which ever property you do chose for a rental, do some homework. Don't be surprised to find out the guy you sent the money to doesn't even own the house you thought you rented. As seen on the news, some people found that out the hard way and never recovered their money.

This house is extremely comfortable and well- equipped for either a short or long stay. Its location is very convenient to many interesting spots on the Gulf Coast, and the small town of Punta Gorda was delightful, especially its waterfront park areas. We highly recommend this place! - Jenifer C.
