The villa has a beautiful view over the pool to the beach which is steps away.There is a wide 4 mile long white sandy beach you can, walk, swim or ride your bike on. Watch the sunrise from the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze. The villa has a kitchen and living room combo. There are 2 restaurants, free tennis courts for guests, and bike rentals in the complex. A laundry room is on each floor. The Hilton head Beach and Tennis complex has two pools, one of which is the largest on the island,a second pool and a kiddie pool.There is a Tiki Bar, and a snack shop on site. Minutes away by car you are near golf, boating and fishing,The Hilton head night life, restaurants and shopping. Our Villa is recently renovated with new tile floors and fresh paint throughout. Be careful of other units that say "Ocean Front Resort" or "Ocean View" which can be far back from the beach. Our villa is the most direct front in the building. We chose this villa because it over looks the pool to the beach giving a parent the ability to see their children in the pool from the deck of the unit.
