The villa has a beautiful view over the pool to the beach which is steps away.There is a wide 4 mile long white sandy beach you can, walk, swim or ride your bike on. Watch the sunrise from the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The villa has a kitchen and living room combo. There are 2 restaurants, free tennis courts for guests, and bike rentals in the complex. A laundry room is on each floor. The Hilton head Beach and Tennis complex has two pools, one of which is the largest on the island,a second pool and a kiddie pool.There is a Tiki Bar, and a snack shop on site. Minutes away by car you are near golf, boating and fishing,The Hilton head night life, restaurants and shopping. Tennis is free for guests.
Our Villa is recently renovated with new tile floors and fresh paint throughout. Be careful of other units that say "Ocean Front Resort" or "Ocean View" which can be far back from the beach. Our villa is the most direct in front of the building. We chose this villa because it over looks the pool to the beach giving a parent the ability to see their children in the pool from the deck of the unit. Forget the snow, walk on the beach, golf and relax!

Owners comments. We have owned this villa for about 5 years. This is the first year we are renting on our own previously using rental companies. The onsite rental company Hilton Head beach & Tennis always gave us a gold rating, which is the highest rating possible. We maintain our villa better as we have control of the cleaning and maintenance ourselves. Our villa is in the B building which is the closest to the pool and beach. We chose the second floor to get a great view with not too many steps. There is an elevator at the back of the building if you need it. We try to work with all guests to make sure you have a great time. In these times where money is tight we also try to work with you to make sure you have a vacation and do not cancel it. We also allow early checkin at 11:30 AM which gives you an extra half day for free. E-mail or call if you have any questions. Have a great vacation!
