  The cottage was just as it was described .The photos in the listing are exactly what you see when you arrive.Great place, nicely furnished, a convenient location, and breathtaking sunsets.Comfortable, clean, fully equipped with everything you would want in your own home. Including beach chairs, coolers, bicycles, beach towels, etc. This place is very special .We hope to be able to come back next year.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  We absolutely loved the house. It was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, cozy linens with a nice private pool and screened porch. The bikes provided were very nice to ride into town to restaurants and shops and to the beaches. I would recommend this house very highly.

  Thank-you to the Sullivan Family for making this place so wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, breakfast at the Rod and Reel Pier, Lunch at the Waterfront and Dinner at the Sandbar. We rented a boat and went across to Egmont key. Great towels, comfortable couch, walking distance to beach, comfortable bed, awesome pool. This place is so cute and the perfect beach house.

  I can't think of one thing you need to bring from home. From the terrazo floors to the screened lanai, this beach house was perfect for our family of three. And the wagon!!! became our stroller for the week to transport our toddler to the beach. We truly relaxed by the pool and cooked most nights. The well-stocked kitchen and bbq were one of the reasons we stayed here. Short stroll to the Rod Reel Pier which we visited a few times and also took advantage of the bikes to ride around the island. Loved it!!!

  The beach trolley to get your stuff to the beach is fantastic. The beaches of Anna Maria are the best and less crowded.

  We stayed here for one month and rebooked for next year. This cottage is so cozy and comfortable everything from a fully equipt kitchen to big fluffy bath towels. You truly only need to bring your clothes. Located one block from Rod & Reel Pier and beach is about a block with beach cart and beach toys. We fished nearly everyday a great place for families. My 13yr. Old nephew is in a wheelchair and the place is accessible for him . This cottage is a true gem. And Adele is so warm and welcoming. Don't forget to try all the great restaurants especially The Sandbar and Ginny & Jane Es for great coffee and fresh baked goods.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Amazing vacation - dates on the beach, crabs running away from us at night, stingrays, ice cream shops. Great weather.

  The weather was perfect. We loved the beach, sunsets, watching the birds, resting, lunch at the Rod and Reel and dinner at the Beach Bistro.

  Our experience with this rental was great from beginning to end. Adele was lovely to work with, and the booking went very smoothly. We checked in a little early, which was nice, too. The cottage is exactly as pictured, but perhaps even nicer. The bed was comfortable,and it was quiet and peaceful, too. I would say the best part for us was the beach wagon and chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. The beach at the end of Gladiolus is perfect, and having the wagon made it so easy to get there. I wish our stay had been a month, not 5 nights.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Loved playing in the pool and at the beach, slithering lizards, stately herons, little skittering sand birds that move like ballet dancers, with only their feet moving while their shoulders and bodies glide perfectly parallel to the sand. We had a lovely visit.

  We enjoyed boogie boarding, bbqing, fresh seafood, hugging grown kids everyday, sunsets, sea shells, manatees, dolphins, kayaking, bicycling, calm and rough seas, pelicans, laughing seagulls, tens with attitudes, ice cream, bread from the general store, banyan trees, sunrise service, and watching a fisherman bring in a baby shark.

  We have stayed on the Island MANY times and this is one of our favorite places. It is very clean, roomy and located near the beautiful bean pointe!
