Our condo includes the whole top floor of a three unit building and is located along the banks of the San Juan River, with outstanding views of the San Juan Mountain Range and the San Juan River, as well as a preserved estuary where ducks and geese live! View the river, mountains and estuary from two of your private decks.
Our condominium sleeps 4-6 people and includes one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in the guest bedroom and a futon couch. We feature rustic log style furniture and each bedroom has been decorated with a wildlife theme including elk, bear, and moose. There are two gas fireplaces, framed in gorgeous river rocks from the beautiful San Juan River, which add to the ambiance. Settle into our ottoman or comfy sofa next to the fireplace and watch geese fly by as you listen to the sounds of the river. The riverside-condo features a large dining room table which seats six people, a gourmet kitchen, and top of the line amenities throughout such as hardwood floors, granite counter tops, Jacuzzi tub, laundry-room, water filtration system, heated garage and security system. The condo includes two televisions with satellite TV - including one with HD and a DVD player.
Also enjoy the gazebo and common area with a BBQ grill/patio and tables. Don't forget the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs is just five minutes away if you want to relax in one of their many pools.
