Our condo is furnished in a tropical decor with a KING BED in the master bedroom & 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus we offer a roll away bed if needed. We have TWO full baths, ceiling fans, full kitchen with everything possible you would need.
WE have 2 DVD players & full washer/dryer.
Our Condo is right on the Lake so sit back & watch all of the water activities & feed the ducks right from the deck with a gas grill & new patio furniture. The Ledges offers 2 pools plus a sand beach with swim deck.
The Ledges is located at the 20.5mm. in the heart of Osage Beach near the hospital, grocery store, 110 outlet mall, craft & gift shops & many of the most popular golf courses. We have several nearby Marinas for rentals & boat launchings.
If needing more than 1 condo my sister has one at the Ledges, also for great family get togethers & reunions.

The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and very helpful. The condo was so pretty and it was nice that it was on the ground level. The condo looks just like the pictures listed...however I do not think the pictures do it all the justice it deserves! The beach was very nice and clean as were the swimming pools. Nice views...we had to stop for 4 deer while pulling in to the condo which was neat! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading..great get away!!

This unit is right on the water so it's perfect for families with kids. You can sit on the deck and watch them fish, and both the two pools and the sandy swim beach are close enough to walk to them easily. The condo is very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Both Kathy and Mike were accommodating and easy to work with. The pictures are a perfect match to the real thing. The location is perfect; you can get to the outlet mall, boat rentals, state park and golf courses within 5-10 minutes. We did them all! We will not look further for future visits to the lake, we will book this unit as long as it's open!

The beds in this condo were so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There is so much attention to detail in the decorating. The kitchen has everything you would need and more! We had ducks off of our deck, along with a visiting turtle, fish that you can see off of the deck and the little birds that would eat the bread crumbs that were too small for the ducks. The owners were wonderful....no problems at all!!! Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay, I sure hope your renters take good care of your place, it is so nice that you are willing to rent out your little piece of paradise!

Excellent condo! Would stay here again in a half a heartbeat. Sparkling clean when we arrived, comfortable throughout our stay, and we loved the view of the sunsets over the lake from the deck. Perfect vacation getaway spot!

The Condo was BEAUTIFUL! We had a great time and a great stay. This is a great place for friends or family. The outlet mall is real close as well as Shooters 21 by land as well as water. It was a real nice cove as well, we were able to swim in the cove without all the waves from the main channel plus we had an added benefit of ducks coming up right to us. Thanks to the Williams for renting out your condo, it is beautiful place and we will definitely be back next year, maybe a couple of times.
