This is a magnificent dual suite unit with comfortable upscale furnishings. It includes large flat screen Tv's in each room along with dvd players and USA satelitte in the main living area. Eight people can be accomodated easily utilizing the two queen beds, one king and one convertible bed.

This luxury condominium has numerous hotel style ammenities which include our swim up bar in the heated pool, on site restaurants, room service, concierge, business center and so on. Plus an on-site mini grocery to meet any in room needs along with an on-site video store, deli & bakery, ice cream shop and more!

A full service spa is available for pampering. Tennis courts and a wonderful exercise area are on-site for additional recreation as well. Also worth mentioning is the lavish pool and hot tub areas!

This oasis is located directly on Medano Beach with a view of "Lands end". It's just a short 5 minute taxi ride to downtown or a 30 minute stroll down the beach.

  • Dear Kris, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa; we just loved our stay there. The villa is beautifully decorated and everything you could need is there. We truly loved the balcony and the view. The property is magnificent; lovely grounds, pools, restaurants and a wonderful staff. The grocery store, ice cream shop and deli on the property is also an added bonus. You were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Your restaurant and activities suggestions were so helpful.   • Dear Kris, What a perfect way to spend Christmas--escaping snowy Michigan to guaranteed sunshine! We loved your spot with the comfy couch and beautiful amenities. The staff was great and the grounds are beautiful. The guacamole and the pico de gallo at the deli are to die for! We all had massages overlooking lands end--we thought they were great too.   • Kris - Our time in your beautiful Cabo home could not have been more perfect. The unit itself is amazing - it's very obvious that you and your wife took great care in decorating it. Your suggestions regarding local restaurants, places to visit, etc. were spot on. We rented your boat one day - what a treat. We saw dolphins, a whale and sea lions. Your crew could not have been nicer. The entire staff at Villa La Estancia was so friendly and helpful, and the amenities were fantastic. We did not want to leave, and are already thinking about when we can return to your fabulous Mexican paradise.   • How can I describe this place? Absolutely Amazing! We always try to go throught VRBO and this is by far the nicest place we have ever been. I didn't want to come home. The employees are extremely nice, The weather was great, we even went out on Kris's boat and the boys caught a marlin. We are already planning a trip back. Thanks again Kris.

  • Kris, We had a wonderful time staying in the villa. The villa is spacious and beautifully decorated. Every amenity we could have wanted was there. We especially enjoyed the private balcony. In fact, Tony slept out there almost every night. The staff at La Estancia were wonderful and accommodating. During the days, we enjoyed lounging by the pool and shopping. This is definitely a five star place. Location was perfect. Not too crowded, and it was so easy to get to town. Tony also enjoyed the deep sea fishing. Thanks again for a fabulous vacation.
