Wonderful Apartment!

What a wonderful place to stay in Florence! We had a party of three married couples traveling together throughout Italy. This was our favorite place to stay. The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and attentive. The view and location are amazing! We hope to return some day with our children. There are many good restaurants in the area. The pizzeria beneath the apartment served some of the best pizza we ate in Italy. Gelato in Florence is also the best. You can easily walk to museums, gardens and markets. I highly recommend this apartment with absolutely no hesitation! Thank you Valeria for a truly memorable stay!

We stayed here for 9 nights in March 2010 and it was fantastic. It was my husband and I, our two sons aged 7 and 11, and my mother in law. The owner was very helpful, with guidebooks to borrow and a folder of helpful information for the apartment and the area. We loved Pizzeria I Tarocchi literally under the apartment, and the nearby bars and cafes were great spots for an evening drink or gelato. A park is nearby, on the way to Santo Spirito, and our boys explored that with gusto, giving them a nice break from the museums and sightseeing.

We stayed for a week in July with a family of six adults. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious, and had all of the benefits as advertised. The location made a great starting point for sightseeing both in Florence and in other nearby cities. Several of the city busses stop directly in front of the apartment, and you can get a multi-trip pass for one euro per person per trip. It's about 20 minutes from the train station by bus or just walking. Most everything in Florence is within a 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a lot of space in a good location in Florence.

We were so pleased with the size of this apartment. The living room is so large and comfortable, and offers a beautiful view of the Arno and the city. There is absolutely plenty of room for everyone! Our group consisted of seniors, those in their 40's, and teenagers, and it worked for all of us. It's location is wonderful with all the major sites within a ten minute walk at most. For those who tire easily, a bus stop is just across the street -- which was utilized several times by the seniors in our group. The only negative is that the noise from the street traffic tends to go late and start early. Still, for the size and the location, we would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again. The owner was easy to work with and helped to make sure our vacation was successful!

My family (five adults and two children) stayed in this huge, nicely decorated, wonderful, riverfront apartment for a week. The photos do not do this place justice. It is within walking distance of anyplace you want or need to go, including galleries, markets, shopping and reccommended sights. The neighborhood is local and the people, very friendly. The views are incredible from the apartment itself and a short walk takes you to even more panaoramic views of the city. The rooms are comfortable and quiet-both from street noise and each other. The facilities were great and all in excellent working order. There were even toys for the children. The building was secure yet accessible. The owner was helpful in the extreme with reccommendations for highlights of our visit and assistance with the children as well as with the language. Internet access was a nice treat. We would gladly stay here again and would reccommend this apartment to families especially.
