lL Colombaio Agriturismo Bed & Breakfast is a really romantic, beautiful and charming farmhouse located in Tuscany, in the Siena countryside.
The characteristic Tuscan stone house is 200 years old and we renovated it and open for guests in the 1999.
For our guests we have the following available accommodations: 6 Rooms with private Bathrooms, Air-fan and Fridge, one Living Room, one Breakfast and Dinner Room, a Reading Room, a Kitchen (on request), a large Garden with swimming pool, a pergola with big table for the summer evening dinners.
The rich continental breakfast and the service is included in the room price.
Dinner on request also for Vegetarian.
Il colombaio Bed and Breakfast is situated in the heart of Tuscany, 12 km from Siena, very close to Chianti area, near the Art cities: S.Gimignano , Volterra, Florence , Cortona and the Wine places: Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Castellina in Chianti and the Mediterranean sea: Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Follonica.
5 minutes from Il Colombaio there is the awesome Merse River, with natural and large swimming pools. Near by you can find hot springs and many little Middle Age villages to visit.
A trekking and bicycle paths to discover the beautifull nature(very closed by).

My name is Sumito, Barbara Viale. I've been taking care of "il Colombaio B&B" and its guests for 10 years, in a friendly and easy atmosphere.
I'm a ceramist specialized in the ancient japanese tecnique called "Raku", and you can see my creations at "il Colombaio B&B". I love to give people the opportunity to spend their vacations, whether the stay is short or long, in this place deeply immersed into nature, art and beauty.
The place has been renovated in a original and artistic way, trying to keep the atmosphere country and the romantic.
