  The location is excellent. Accommodations are spacious. Decor is excellent. Beds are uncomfortable, master bed squeaks loudly every time you turn over.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We had never been to Navarre Beach before, we were simply seeking a remote and quiet family vacation on the beach. Rarely are we surprised on the upside, but this barrier island and beautiful home were both quite a delightful shock to us. Initially, we knew we were in for a treat when we drove across the bridge to Navarre Beach and saw just how unusual the land formation was; a narrow island with the gulf on one side of the home and the sound directly out the back of it. When we arrived at the town home, we had another great surprise. Although the pictures online made the home look quite nice, it was even more spacious and beautiful than we had imagined, even after setting our expectations quite high while looking at the photos time after time. The tall ceilings gave the home a very roomy feeling. The four bedrooms were very large, accommodating, and all were with extremely comfortable beds. The master bedroom was absolutely amazing. The large porch off of the bedroom had sliding patio doors the entire length of the room that opened up to a large 2nd story patio on the gulf. We saw dolphins jumping and diving right outside of our home very near shore on all but one of the six days of our stay. The beach might be busy further down from this property near the condominiums, but even on spring break, there were only a small handful of people on the beach. It was truly private. We loved our stay, the management of the town home was exceptional, and we will definitely be back!

  Simply Paradise was a great vacation get away! We had two families with eight people in all. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. It was very convenient having a shower on the ground level to rinse our beach stuff off at the end of the day and an added bonus having a hose on the main level deck to rinse our feet off when we were just out for a early morning or late evening walk. The beach was so close to our back door we didn't mind going back and forth for things we forgot or decided later we needed. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. I worried at first being in a townhouse, we might feel like we were sitting outside with our neighbors at night but with the way the wall between the decks were done, it was not the case. The common area was large and had enough seating to make us all feel comfortable. I thought at first having the laundry room upstairs was a mistake but that is where the kids were and so most of the dirty laundry was up there too! We have previously stayed in condos on lower levels, condos on higher levels and individual houses at the beach but this was by far the best set up yet! We hope to be back to Simply Paradise again someday!
