The kitchen and dining area overlook the generous downstairs living area where 2 sets of glass sliders provide views of the neighborhood and access to the front patio where woodsy pine and oak trees tower overhead. Down the hall, the laundry room, full bath and office area complete the downstairs area.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with queen beds and built-in closets share a large bathroom. The master suite is located just opposite the staircase and has a wood burning fireplace, walk-in closet adjacent to its bathroom, plush seating area and access to two of the patios.
Serene neighborhood, with lush vegetation and only a few blocks to downtown, Carmel's white sand beach and the famous Pebble Beach 17 mile drive. Take a stroll through this neighborhood above the Pescadero Canyon and find yourself standing on the world class Pebble Beach golf course within minutes. Panoramic views of the Central Coast's rocky shoreline await you.

The proximity to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey and San Francisco is perfect.
You can enter the famed Pebble Beach community through this gate. A 3 minute drive/10 minute walk from the house and you can be standing on one of the Pebble Beach fairways.
Downtown Carmel is full of great restaurants, antiques, art, and jewelery.
The best jewelery store in Carmel, hands down. Meet Soraya and Michael Cayen for a glass of wine and some fabulous gems.
