Hovering above the tide line, this roomy, three bedroom home has spectacular views of the Coastal Mountains, Vancouver and Gossip Island.
While eating your breakfast out on the large deck you will most likely see the Great Blue Herons that fish off the beach or the dock, or you may see several of the resident Bald Eagles soaring above. Often a family of otters will swim by or climb right onto the dock - of which you will have full access and use. Feel free to use the dock as a tie-up for your boat, or to enjoy the canoe, kayak and sabot, that are available to you at no extra charge.
Picture yourself lying in the afternoon sun out on the deck, taking a dip to cool off or sitting in front of a roaring fire after a vigorous hike on the many trails located just a few minutes from your cottage. Or experience the view from the hot tub which is beyond belief! Get serious about island lifestyle - because this is coastal living at its best!
Our renovations were completed at the end of June 2003! These include a completely new and enlarged master bedroom and ensuite bathroom located on the ocean side, which opens onto the deck with double french doors. We have created a gourmet kitchen with custom cherrystained wood cabinets, brand new appliances, including a cappuccino machine. There are wood and tile floors throughout. New custom lighting and 4 skylights in the open living/dining area have been added. The surrounding yard has been fully landscaped.
