This three bedroom, two bath, uniquely designed home offers elegant living spaces including a palatial living area with carpet and tiled floors, a kitchen with Bosch appliances, and an open staircase leading to the master suite.
Relax and enjoy the luxury, space, comfort, and beauty of Seaclusion's wide open living space where you'll find "vacationing is easy." The master bedroom is located on the third floor. This spacious master suite features a king size bed, wet bar, and lavish his and her bath with jacuzzi tub.
Make yourself at home, Seaclusion gives you a whole new relaxed perspective on life. This picture-perfect home-away-from-home is open and airy. You'll enjoy the ocean breezes while dining and sipping frozen Pina Coladas at the kitchen bar or in the dining area while viewing the sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. You'll also find a queen sleep sofa in the living area along with a full entertainment center for your family and friends. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath on the second floor.
The sliding doors lead to a screened in porch and outside shower. Follow the steps that lead to the 200 foot dock for swimming and boating. Highlights of this 3,000 square foot home include the master suite's private screened balcony and open sunbathing, the screened porch on the ground floor and a sparkling new in-ground pool - a sea of tranquillity right here on earth.
Activities: Our home is centrally located at Mile Marker 25 and is within minutes to Florida Keys style recreation, restaurants, shopping, and night life. Bahia Honda State Park with its world-famous beach is only 12 minutes away, Looe Key Reef and Marine Sanctuary is only 15 minutes away. We're located just 20 miles north of Key West where you'll love the great many eateries and shops. It's only a ten minute boat shuttle to take you to the exclusive Little Palm Island. Every water activity is at your back door just minutes from exceptional deep sea and flats fishing. Enjoy the very best the Florida Keys has to offer.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Besides sitting by the pool under the Coconut Palms, there's snorkeling or fishing right off the dock. We've seen Dolphins, Manta Rays, Cuttlefish, all kinds of tropical fish, lobsters and shells, even jellys that light up like neon lights in the night time. Kayak and boat rentals are close by. There are dive moorings just off Little Palm Island and at Looe Key. The Tiki Hut and Boondocks restaurants are one Island away on Ramrod Key with plenty of other restaurants within a few miles. Then there's Key West...

Our plan was to check out the east and west coasts of Florida to find our retirement home then we decided to check out the Keys...No Contest! It's a whole different way of life that has to be experienced to be appreciated. You can see every type of sea life right off the dock in the day or night and Looe Key, one of the best dive and snorkeling spots in all of Florida, is just a few miles away. We live in Boston and get back to the Keys every chance we get until we can be here permanently.So many people have come down and shared our home and left notes in our guest book to back up our fascination with the Keys and its laid back lifestyle that compliments this unbelievable treasue of nature.

My family has vacationed here twice so far, in 2008 and 2010. . . and planning our vacation now for this year. We absolutely love it here, there's plenty of room for all. The whole second floor living area has a spectacular view, it's great to sit at the dinning room table having breakfast looking out at the water. The pool is wonderful, the kids love it. We bring the boat for fishing and catch fish right from the dock! It's great to snorkle right off the dock too. Plenty to keep every age busy or NOT, depending on your mood. Can't wait to get back to Seaclusion this year!!!

We have vacationed at this most wonderful place several times over the past several years- In october, April, May & August - with family, friends and just by ourselves- and we can't wait till the next time. Its great for fishing off the dock, kayaking, snorkling, diving, biking or just relaxing by the pool. Lots of restaurants offering everything from fried chicken, cuban sandwiches to the best seafood ever. Of course Key West is just a few miles away - but Seaclusion is not a place you want to leave once you get there.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The views from the master bedroom are incredible. The location was perfect for us with the boating access to the Looe Key area and the convenience to Key West. We did pick a bad time of year for fishing and diving however. It was really windy a couple of days but you didn't notice it much as you sat by the secluded poolside enjoying the wonderful warmth of the sunshine. The house layout was perfect for our group and this turned out to be the best trip we have taken down to the keys so far. The owners of this home are very blessed to have something so magnificent and we look forward to having the opportunity to enjoy it again.

This place is great! beautiful ocean views from main living area and upstairs master bedroom w/balcony. Plenty of room for families, friends to share. Clean, comfortable. Great location - easy to explore the keys, beaches, restaurants all nearby, or just relaxing by the pool. We loved having evening cocktails down on the pier! It was hard to go back home!

The Seaclusion is just that, a beautiful piece of paradise. Lounging by the pool is just what we needed as well as having coffee on the dock every morning while soaking in the truly magnificient oceanfront scenery. The morning sun rises are breathtaking. Snorkeling at Loo Key was spectacular. So much to do in so little time. We plan to make this our annual vacation home for it truly is beautiful, relaxing and overall an awesome experience.
