This cozy craftsman 4-plex, built in 1910, is a great vacation rental. It's situated on a hill in a safe and quiet neighborhood, overlooking Hollywood and Vine. The house is located one block from Capitol Records, the legendary Palace, and the always entertaining Hollywood Boulevard!

Unit 1766 is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit on the second floor and has a view of the expanding Hollywood area from it's front balcony. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, trundle bed in the dining area, and a queen sofa bed in the living room, so it can sleep up to 6.

The Hollywood Night Suites are located within ten blocks of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe it or Not, the brand new Highland and Hollywood complex (home of the Oscars), Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Egyptian, El Capitan, and Pantages Theatres. You couldn't be any closer to the heart of Hollywood! The metro station is close by, and gives you access to Universal Studios, the beautiful California beaches, downtown Los Angeles, and Disneyland!

Services Include: cozy and spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens, free wireless internet connection, free satellite television, and outdoor gazebo and barbecue facilities.

  • We stayed in the upper floor/back unit (this is a four plex) #1768 in July 08 and found it to be very suitable for our needs. It is located just a couple blocks off Hollywood Blvd, about a 1/3 mile walk from the Chinese theater, an easy walk that is lined with the stars of The Walk of Fame. With off street parking included, close to freeway on/off ramps, and centrally located to 90% of what you want to see/do in the Hollywood/Burbank area I can recommend this modest apartment. We found our unit roomy and quiet at night. It only has a shower in the bathroom and 1960's construction, but it is clean and functional and a good value considering its privacy, location and the prices of hotels in the area. There is some riff raff and pan handling that occurs on Hollywood Blvd, but we were out several nights around midnight and never felt unsafe nor were confronted by roughians. There is a grocery on Franklin St. a couple blocks away and a modest supply of cooking tools in the unit.
