Since then Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix have all grown around it making Arcadia a central residential paradise of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife that Arizona has to offer.
Three miles to the west you’ll find The Biltmore Fashion Park and 7 miles to the east you’ll find Old Town Scottsdale. This 4 bedroom luxury vacation rental has a pool, Jacuzzi, 3 plasma TVs, built in BBQ overlooking the breath taking Camelback Mountain Reserve-Echo Park Recreation Area.
This single level split floor plan has been completely remodeled with the addition of a second master bedroom, front outdoor courtyard and 2 car garage in 2007.
Each bedroom is accented with the most comfortable beds and linens available and every room through out the home is accented with flush mount in-wall speakers controlled by a central stereo system in the Media room. The largest master bedroom has a king sized bed over looking the pool through French Doors. The plasma TV is mounted on a pan & tilt wall hanger so you can position it to watch or fold it flat against the wall.
The master bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub with it’s own plasma TV. The separate 2 person, glass wall shower has 6, yes six shower heads to massage your entire body. Of course it has a private water closet and his and hers sinks. The other three bedrooms all have queen beds with impeccable bedding and artistic decor.
The brand new gourmet kitchen is completely stocked and offers State of the Art stainless appliances and new cherry cabinets. The kitchen overlooks the dining and sitting area with wall length window and original wood burning fireplace. The picture window overlooks the backyard designed for entertaining. The brand new built in BBQ is perfectly situated for the chef and jacuzzi to have the best view of Camelback Mountain.
When the sun goes down the Jacuzzi’s ambiance is accented with a gas fire pit with surround seating. Enjoy its warmth while star gazing at the vast Arizona sky.
