About the owner: We enjoy owning two beach front rental properties and constantly strive to keep them updated, extremely comfortable and enjoyable for our guests.
Why the Owner Chose Silver Shells:
We chose to buy in Silver Shells due to it's wonderful and vast amenities. We chose the St. Maartin building because it had the best location and view of the beach and gulf.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the spa and being within walking distance to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and The Back Porch. We also enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony. The two Gulf-front King Bedrooms is also very rare to find and is a tremendous plus.
