Enjoy this spacious and comfortable Colorado ski condo nestled among the open pine forest above the Winter Park valley. Unique in design is the rustic interior paired with modern appliances and conveniences like the HDTV Flat Screen and WiFi. Our condominium offers you a warm living space where you’ll feel right at home. SunSong is a quiet & relaxing area where you can escape the world for a few days, or more.
Enter into the main living area with cabin style Great Room and wood fireplace. Vaulted ceilings, state of the art kitchen and dining area. Enjoy views of the trees and open meadow from the living area and deck. Main level also features the washer/dryer, main level bath along with the master bedroom with queen bed and private bath.
The cathedral upper level features a spacious loft area to play games or just read and relax with two convertible futon sofas and CD/iPod stereo. Adjoining is the second bedroom with flat screen TV, bunk bed (full and twin size) and the third bath that Jack & Jill’s between the loft and bedroom.
At the front door, you’ll have all the room you need to store your snowboards, skis and snowshoes in the private storage closet. When you’re ready for the slopes, enjoy the free shuttle “The Lift” that stops right at SunSong.
This is our home away from home and we're sure you'll enjoy your stay!

Why the Owner Chose Sun Song
The location of this condo was a big part of our reason to own. It boarders a small meadow which you see right outside the back of the unit. Sun Song is a great place for families and those looking for a quiet place to sleep and recharge for the next day of skiing/riding, mountain biking or whatever outdoor activity brings you here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
What makes our place so special is the real, wood burning fireplace. While most other modern locations provide a small gasburning fireplace; here you'll stoke the fire and sit on the hearth soaking up the warmth. And we provide the firewood!
Our condo is also quite special because it feels like home, not a rental property. We meticulously keep up the condo, and have decorated with just that feeling in mind. And a place like that includes games to play, puzzles, a Bar-B-Que, flat screen TV's and many other comforts.
You won't be disappointed.
Owner's Map of Sun Song
My wife and I purchased this cozy condo to spend more family time, to enjoy our favorite sport of skiing/boarding, and to build memories. Hopefully the photos show how warm and comfortable this place feels.
We have two children (pictured with Dad in the photo) who keep us riding/skiing hard, and hitting the hot tub. We've made this condo our second home, and we know you'll feel the same way.

We had a fabulous vacation at this lovely mountain get-away! The property is extremely well maintained and definitely had the feel that this was someone's home. Thanks for sharing it with us. The skiing at Winter Park was awesome, the Fraser tubing hill a non-stop riot, and the pizza place was well worth the wait. The owner is helpful and timely in responding to questions regarding the unit as well as activity suggestions for the area! Be sure to try out the donut place-I've never had donuts made to order while I wait!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

We like the condo. It snowed alot while we were here! Thank you for the games. We like to bump down the stairs on our bottoms. The sled was nice! Alexis likes all the candles. Thank you for this whole house.
