Wintertime is legendary; skiing, boarding, tubing, night skiing with the largest night time ski operation in North America, ski or ride from 9am – 9pm. Keystone also offers CAT skiing taking you beyond the chair lifts for a real back country experience.
Summer time in Keystone is fantastic, take your mountain bike through the many trails or have the lifts take you to the top for some of Keystone's world famous single track. For those seeking more relaxation, there are weekend Festivals such as the Wine, Jazz & Art Festival, the Beer Festival, Oktoberfest and many more.
For evenings; you're in River Run Village where all the action is....walk to it all.

After looking at all the resorts in Colorado we chose Keystone for its top notch winter and summer activities. Additionally, only 4 miles up the street is Arapahoe Basin which offers skiing and riding for more than half the year!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Expedition Station offers all the conveniences of River Run in a quiet setting. We have a private pool that is open year round and an enclosed courtyard where the kids can play.
In the summer, Keystone Lake is great for paddle boats and kayaks. In the winter; it’s a 5 acre out door skating rink complete with a Zamboni
