Great apartment located in via Margutta, one of the most famous streets in the center of Rome, just a few steps away from the Spanish steps. This recently restored apartment on the ground floor has an independent entrance on the street level.
It is composed by a large hall from which a big white marble staircase starts and reaches the second floor where you can find a living room with couches (where two persons may sleep) and dining corner, a double bedroom, a completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower.
It is furnished with air conditioner in each room and TV. Excellent quality furniture.
The owner will welcome you personally and is available to furnish you touristic information of the city, a gentleman. If you arrive by car you may park at Villa Borghese or in Via Boncompagni where many rental company has their box office.
You are in one of the best areas of the city, the hearth of Rome.
Next to the apartment you have METRO LINA A Station "SPAGNA" and the city public bus transportation.
The area is safe and quiet, when you go out of the apartment in 3 minutes you may go from the quiet street of Via Margutta to Via Condotti the fashion street and from there to Via del Corso the shopping street. At lunch time many restaurants are available.
