Completely renovated and newly decorated 4BR, 4BA luxury Lakeside condo (sleeps 10 comfortably) is located less than ½ mile from Snow Park Lodge and the adjacent Snow Park Lodge parking lot. We offer Free Private Shuttle Pickup and Return to our driveway during ski season (just a phone call away). Lakeside Condos are conveniently located on the Free Public Shuttle Route to Historic Main Street for world re-known shopping and dining, and to the surrounding Resorts. Lakeside condos offer a pool in the summer, sauna, and two common hot tubs.
Our condo is a spacious 3000 sq ft multi-level unit with vaulted ceilings, new carpet, cable TV throughout and a 2-car garage. All bedrooms have 32 inch plasma televisions with DVD. Everything in this condo is brand new including a new furnace and air conditioner with built in central humidifier to keep your “high altitude dryness” in check during your visit. Humidified air will make your ski vacation more comfortable. There is free broadband high speed internet with WiFi throughout the condo for those with a computer. All window treatments are brand new allowing for open views of the surrounding mountains and lakes.

Our family has been staying here for that past 7 years in both the winter and summer. It is an end unit with plenty of yard space for building snowmen, sledding, or playing ball (summer). There are 5 additional parking spaces adjacent to our unit.
As mentioned, this condo has just been completely redone. This is a terrific, platinum level condo in excellent condition and we therefore request families and couples only (sorry no college students). No party throwing, no smoking and no pets please. Have a blast in the BEST SKI AREAS in the world but please respect this family owned unit. Be sure to make an entry in our guest book. Our goal is to make your stay in our unit very comfortable and hopefully have you come back year and year again.

This is truly an amazing property. We have stayed and seen many properties in the Deer Valley area, but this has been by far the best. The owner has made numerous upgrades to this property which really makes it great. Our group of 10 all slept very comfortably in this large unit and the best part is that it was less than 5 minute walk to the Deer Valley ski slope! Those that wanted to go to ski or snowboard at other areas walked two minutes to the free bus and the few was fantastic. We had found this lower deer valley location much more convenient than the upper locations especially during snow storms. It is closer to other resorts, main street in park city and still only 5 minute walk to the parking lot tram for deer valley. Also, if you stay here and don't want to walk, there is a free shuttle to the ski slopes that comes every 5 or 10 minutes. We will definitely be back here again!
