This gorgeous ALL newly renovated 2 bdrm 2 bath "OCEAN FRONT" cottage at North Coast Village in Oceanside, California, San Diego County has all of the luxuries of home. Our beautiful and tropical complex is the only such complex that sits right on the BEACH and this condo is just 10 steps from the edge of the sand. You can throw a rock from your patio (but, please don't hit anyone, :)
This beautiful 2 bdrm condo has been newly remodeled from kitchen to bathroom granite countertops. Sleep has has always been important to me when I travel and therefore I always provide the same for my guests. Some of my guests have even commented that my beds are more comfortable than their own. The sleeping arrangements are Master has a Sealy posturpedic "king" bed and the 2nd bedroom has "2 twins", with a comfortable "queen sofa sleeper" in the living room where you can hear the ocean from all roooms.
The grounds at North Coast Village are groomed to perfection and you will love the Koi Ponds that sit beneath the lovely stilted homeowners office. There are small streams and ponds throughout the complex and it truly feels as though you are in a tropical paradise. You can relax at the pool or take long walks on the beautifully maintained Oceanside beaches.
The "OCEAN FRONT PATIO" has a great BBQ and dining outside is a must do. The sunsets are incredible and so close you can almost touch them.
The complex is also five minutes from Camp Pendleton and Legoland and as we are located midway between San Diego and Los Angeles, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World, Our "WORLD" famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park are ALL within an hours drive.
Now you can walk down to the harbor or pier, do a little shopping or a little dining, we have some of the finest seafood restaurants in San Diego County. Fish from the Oceanside Pier or eat at Ruby's diner, a 50's restaurant with malts and hamburgers, just like the "Happy Days".
The outside amphitheatre is in full swing during peak summer season for concerts and special events.
Ever been to Mexico? This is your big chance....Tijuana is a great place to shop and barter to your hearts content all just 45 minutes drive south, go down a little further to visit the famous "Rosarito Beach Hotel" and more. You can either drive your car to the border and take a bus to the local shopping areas or drive and park your car in a secured lot on Revelucion by the Tijuana Tilly's Restaurant.
Billiards and Ping Pong are just a few of the onsite activities along with a putting green and an area of gas barbecues. Often there are free yoga classes or Bridge games available too.
Walk to the pier with it's restaurant at the end or the harbor with its boats and Cape Cod-style shops. A new movie complex in town competes with bowling and roller-skating. There are often antique shows and art shows downtown too. In the summer we have a series of concerts at the pier. These are the best sandy beaches in North San Diego County.

Year Purchased: 1991
I retired from 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service for something to do part time. After a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village while she went on vacation. After seeing the complex and the possibilities, plus the need for a good cleaning service, I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients had been encouraging me to handle their bookings too, I decided to start as a full time rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

This is the nicest Condo we have stayed at in the North Coast Village complex. Condo comes fully loaded--with lots of unexpected extras. It is beautifully furnished and decorated - and steps from the beach. What you see is literally what you get - and we will stay here again when scheduling our annual Oceanside trip.I also liked the fact there was no extra surcharges for internet usage. Thanks Pamela, for allowing my family to have the best vacation ever--in your beautiful condo.

Our family reunion vacation was just wonderful at two condos in this North Coast Village location. This condo fronted on the beach but was separated from it by a rock breakwater with a low fence. You had to walk to the edge of the development to get to the beach, but there was no busy road to cross. And after a full day of sun and sand it was delightful to sit on the back patio and watch the sun go down while the kids played on the lawn area --- and it was almost as if we were still on the beach -- minus the sand! The property was in excellent condition and very clean. The photos did match the reality. We really appreciated that it had beach chairs, sand play toys, boogie boards and even an umbrella for the beach. We really used and enjoyed the gas BBQ as well. The other property (in the same development, owned by the same owner) had a minor plumbing problem that was discovered just before our arrival. The owner let us know right away about it and was very attentive in getting it fixed as soon as possible and at our total convenience, as it required shutting off the water. No problems at all after that! We also appreciated having Legoland close by --- it is much lower key and really more fun for younger kids than Disneyland. The water park area was fabulous, but the whole park was fun for our grandchildren, aged 4 and 6. I would highly recommend this property to friends -- in fact, I already have.

Our condo D27 was almost better than our own home. No obstructed view. Nothing between you and the ocean but grass and sand. This condo had a fully stocked kitchen, full sized appliances, toaster, toasteroven, microwave, blender, soaps, spices, plenty of linens, beach towels, game cabinet, movies, books, goodie snack basket, boogie boards, beach chairs, SUN SCREEN and that's not all. She had information sheets on local stores, restaurants, pharmacies, medical services, attractions, directions, the history of the area and a drawer full of maps. All furniture and bedding very comfortable. You'll sleep great as the ocean provides the background music. The owner Pamela is friendly, helpful and does a wonderful job making you feel right at home. She called to check to be sure we were comfortable. North Coast Village is great. Their rules provide a beautiful, gated environment that is good for singles, couples or families. On the grounds is a barbque grill and picnic area, laundry, ping pong, billiards, fitness center and a tropical pool area with spa. All staff there is very helpful. If you want the best view of the ocean, tell Pamela you want condo D27. We've stayed at many condos but this by far was my favorite. I had a ton of questions, she answered every one of them with a smile, which added to a great trip.
