I purchased this Townsend Place condo pre-construction. Recently remodeled...This is MY second home,furnished and finished to a "T" Townsend Place is located between the condos "Creekside" and "Oxford Court" Just opposite Scott Hill Road and the Boarders.
PS have a 3 bedroom at Park City for one week only PRESIDENTS WEEK in Feb.13th out the 20th ONLY $1200 Total for the week!!!!
CENTRALLY LOCATED SHORT,2-3 MINUTE WALK TO VILAR CENTER,ICE SKATING RINK ETC, 5 MINUTES TO CENTENNIAL LIFT (MAIN LIFT) SKI SCHOOL ETC.......**** FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE ALL DAY AND INTO NIGHT***, EITHER ON A SCHEDULE OR YOU CALL dial-a-ride and they are usually there at the condo door within 10 minutes.....
This Unit is in Beaver Creek... not down in the valley where early and late snow can be ifffy.
DO NOT BE CONFUSED WITH OTHER "2 bedroom units" this is a large 2 bedroom condo (1294 sf.) located on 2 floors, other 2/2 may actually be a 1 bedroom & den that only has 946 sf.
As you can see by my photos and Grandson I have tried to make this condo as child friendly as possible, books, games, dvd's, high chair, also in closet is a baby bathtub...
KITCHEN IS WELL EQUIPPED: condiments: s&p, flour, sugar, cooking oil, vinegar, spices etc etc.(and a list of resturants!) Instant Hot, Micro/convection oven, lots of pots and pans, baking dishes, good dishes and everyday dishes.
Full size washer/dryer.
All linens provided,Nice sheets and towels.
Heated ski room with lockers on the first floor for equipment. Parking for one auto.
Beaver Creek has THE BEST ski school(now offering a GONDOLA for beginners) and BEST terrain for any beginner. Excellent BLACK DIAMOND runs, see photos attached.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, leather sofa (pullout/queen size) rocking chair etc as well as a child's set of table and chairs...Baby bathtub and high chair on premise. In the drawer under the TV are many DVD and CD's with games and books galore.
Small balcony off livingroom/master bedroom with table and chairs....
Outdoor Hot Tub for summer or winter use.
Each bedroom has it's own TV and DVD player. Master bedroom has king bed,ceiling fan, desk and chair, dressers and a comfy sitting chair. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub/shower. Upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds,ceiling fan and a large bathroom, double sink, combo tub/shower.
