Spacious villa renovated and updated in October of 2007 with additional updates in December 2008, is located in the desirable gated Palmetto Dunes Plantation community on Hilton Head Island.

The villa has a lagoon view, is located on tenth fairway of world-class George Fazio Golf Course, and is adjacent to the Turnberry Village private swimming pool and children's playground. Just a short 10 minute walk or bike to access Palmetto Dunes' three miles of white sand beach. Free on-demand transportation service is available for trips to beach, restaurants, marina, and shopping. The Tennis Center boasts 25 courts including clay and eight lighted courts for night play.

Our Villa comfortably sleeps six. The upstairs master bedroom contains a king-size bed with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The first level bedroom has two twin-size beds and a bathroom located right outside the bedroom door. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There are cable televisions in each room with a VCR/DVD in the living room with over 70 titles in the DVD library. The dining room table seats six. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and all new appliances. The deck off the living room contains outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and overlooks a lagoon and the 10th fairway of the Fazio course. A locking outdoor storage area is attached for your golf clubs, bicycles, and beach supplies.

Palmetto Dunes Plantation is located in the middle of HHI where guests can enjoy outlet shopping, fine dining, entertainment, site-seeing tours, and deep sea fishing. HHI is only 28 miles from Savannah where you can enjoy site seeing tours including Juilette Lowe's house (Founder of Girl Scouts), stroll the Riverwalk, or eat at Paula Dean's restaurant. HHI has a semi-tropical climate and is perfect for year-round vacations.

  • This is our second stay at this villa. The beds are comfortable and the villa is well decorated. The new additions of a widescreen tv and dvd library were great. Turnberry Village is a great place for kids. The pool and playground are a very short walk from the front door.

  • Wonderful vacation home! We can't wait to return. The villa is beautifully maintained with all the amenities of home with many thoughtful extras (bed rail in the 2nd bedroom, step stool for the children in the bathroom, beach chairs, full DVD library, grill...). The hard wood floors, granite counter tops, and lovely decor were more typical of a model home than a beach rental. The villa is located on a quiet street with beautiful shade trees and the children loved the playground and pool right across the street. Surprisingly during most of our stay (2nd week in the June), our family was the only ones using both of these amenities. The Turnberry Villa exceeded all of our expectations and the owners were lovely people to deal with. We'll definitely be returning.

  • We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous condo! This Turnbery villa is at the best place in Palmetto Dunes. It is a bit hidden from the busy roads, but right next to the pool and playground. It was a great place for our family! The condo is very modern and high tech - very well kept. Our 3 year old loved the playground right across the condo and the short distance to the pool was a plus. This location is the best place for a relaxing, nice vacation with the family! Highly recommend it to anyone (with or without kids)!

  • Our kids had some days off from school for spring break - and we chose to come to Hilton Head. We were lucky that we found this villa at Turnberry. We have stayed within Palmetto Dunes before and have never had such a wonderful, beautiful and spacious accommodation. Very well decorated and at the same time felt at home. Very comfortable and cozy. Convenience to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store - huge help. The location was great - and only a short walk to the beach. We and our teenagers played tennis, biked and walked. A fabulous bonding time as well - with teenagers! We are already looking at our calendar to return. You have a gem in this villa and location. Thanks to the Moll's.

  • The villa was beautiful. I truly loved the hardwood flooring downstairs, and the kitchen was just perfect. The furniture was brand new and the color scheme was so relaxing. Everything was so modern and clean. My family and I felt right at home. There was even a bedrail for a younger child who may not feel comfortable in a twin bed. The pool was right across the street. Very convenient and yet quiet! It was a fabulous stay. I would recommend and stay there again.

    What a wonderful vacation we had! Our two children 8 and 5 had no idea that bikes could be a form of transportation. We had so much fun riding to the beach and to the General Store for ice cream and gummy bears. The beach was so much fun with plenty of waves for boogie boarding and body surfing. The pool was a refreshing change after a long day at the beach. We really appreciate how easy it was to pick up keys and get into the villa. The only thing I could think of would be an umbrella on the patio for outdoor dining. Other than that, everything was perfect and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next summer.

  • Bill and Nancy have a beautiful villa that we enjoyed very much and appreciated working with them. My husband is leaving for Iraq and this was our last vacation with him until 2010. We throughly enjoyed every minute of it!! Also, we had our very own alligator in the lagoon who we enjoyed watching swim up and down the lagoon. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and we look forward to staying there again. We would definately recommend this villa to everyone. Thanks again!! Robbie and Lisa Bolling

  • Bill & Nancy have done a wonderful job updating this Turnberry Villa. Our family of five really enjoyed the stay in early June 2008! It's located right across the driveway from the Turnberry Park & Pool - great for kids... The villa itself is about 95% brand new - cabinets, countertops, paint, trim, fixtures, flooring and appliances. Palmetto Dunes is our favorite location on Hilton Head Island. There's easy access to the beach and it's centrally located to all the other shopping, restaurants and activities that make Hilton Head such a great family destination... On top of that, Bill & Nancy have been great to work with! We highly recommend staying at 298 Turnberry...
