I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience a little piece of heaven!!! The photos did the property no justice....it was beyond all expectations!!!! We treated the townhouse as our own knowing and realizing how much love and care the owner had put into this property.....every aspect was well thought out ....new,clean, and very modern.. loved loved it...and can not wait to return thank you also for compiling a booklet to make our stay so easy!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in HHI and can't wait to return to Turnberry. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to the park & pool across the villa and bike to the beach. This was our first family vacation since our daughter was born and it exceeded all our expectations and we enjoyed every minute! The villa was great and we felt right at home there. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Our stay at this villa was everything we expected! The rental transaction was smooth and the villa was accurately described in the listing. Just across the road from the pool and a short bike ride to the beach! The kitchen was great and the gas grill was a nice amenity. Our kids loved it as well and we can't wait to come back next year!

Wonderful Time in Hilton Head

The listing and accompanying photos accurately represented both the appearance and amenities of the villa. The property was clean and well maintained, and clear, comprehensive and useful instructions were provided. Both the property owner and caretaker were very helpful in answering questions, and they were quick to respond to inquiries. I would recommend this property without hesitation, and we are quite likely to rent again in the future. Shopping, gas, restaurants, access to the ocean and beach, recreational/fitness opportunities, and GOLF, to mention a few, are all quite close. Don't know what it is like in high seasonl, but during low season (Jan./Feb.)traffic was relatively light and getting around was a breeze.

Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

Beautiful Villa and wonderful people to rent from! I think this was the smoothest transaction for a rental we have ever had. Owner answered emails promptly and even sent us a Welcome booklet describing the resort and the surrounding area. The villa was gorgeous and the deck with the fountain wonderful for grilling steaks. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the playground being right next door for our one year old. The beach was a short walk or drive away with easy access. Will definitely consider renting from again!

This is our 3rd time renting at Palmetto Dunes and this was the best villa we have rented yet. The unit was clean, bug free and updated. We were within a bike rides distance to the beach, the pool was very nice and my youngest loved the playground. I recommend this unit to others that may be interested

My husband and I just returned from a week of staying in this beautiful condo on Hilton Head Island. It was truly a home away from home. Comfortable, cozy, welcoming, inviting. The attention to detail was so evident throughout the condo. Lovely! It was perfect for us!

What a joy it was to spend a few days in the quiet, warmth and comfort of this beautifully decorated villa! The villa presents far more beautiful than the pictures depict. And, among the elegant surroundings, there is a feel of warmth and "being at home", which added to our enjoyment. The lagoon is situated directly outside, which provided a feeling of seclusion and privacy, though we were steps away from everything. And, even though it rained a bit, it was a simple pleasure to watch the droplets landing on the water's surface. The villa is equipped with all the comforts of home that met and surpassed our every need. Gladly I would recommend this "home away from home" for that special "get away". We look forward to returning for our next anniversary! And thank you, for it is an extreme offer of generosity for you to share with all of us! (:

This is our second stay at this villa. The beds are comfortable and the villa is well decorated. The new additions of a widescreen tv and dvd library were great. Turnberry Village is a great place for kids. The pool and playground are a very short walk from the front door.

Wonderful vacation home! We can't wait to return. The villa is beautifully maintained with all the amenities of home with many thoughtful extras (bed rail in the 2nd bedroom, step stool for the children in the bathroom, beach chairs, full DVD library, grill...). The hard wood floors, granite counter tops, and lovely decor were more typical of a model home than a beach rental. The villa is located on a quiet street with beautiful shade trees and the children loved the playground and pool right across the street. Surprisingly during most of our stay (2nd week in the June), our family was the only ones using both of these amenities. The Turnberry Villa exceeded all of our expectations and the owners were lovely people to deal with. We'll definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous condo! This Turnbery villa is at the best place in Palmetto Dunes. It is a bit hidden from the busy roads, but right next to the pool and playground. It was a great place for our family! The condo is very modern and high tech - very well kept. Our 3 year old loved the playground right across the condo and the short distance to the pool was a plus. This location is the best place for a relaxing, nice vacation with the family! Highly recommend it to anyone (with or without kids)!

Our kids had some days off from school for spring break - and we chose to come to Hilton Head. We were lucky that we found this villa at Turnberry. We have stayed within Palmetto Dunes before and have never had such a wonderful, beautiful and spacious accommodation. Very well decorated and at the same time felt at home. Very comfortable and cozy. Convenience to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store - huge help. The location was great - and only a short walk to the beach. We and our teenagers played tennis, biked and walked. A fabulous bonding time as well - with teenagers! We are already looking at our calendar to return. You have a gem in this villa and location. Thanks to the Moll's.

The villa was beautiful. I truly loved the hardwood flooring downstairs, and the kitchen was just perfect. The furniture was brand new and the color scheme was so relaxing. Everything was so modern and clean. My family and I felt right at home. There was even a bedrail for a younger child who may not feel comfortable in a twin bed. The pool was right across the street. Very convenient and yet quiet! It was a fabulous stay. I would recommend and stay there again.

What a wonderful vacation we had! Our two children 8 and 5 had no idea that bikes could be a form of transportation. We had so much fun riding to the beach and to the General Store for ice cream and gummy bears. The beach was so much fun with plenty of waves for boogie boarding and body surfing. The pool was a refreshing change after a long day at the beach. We really appreciate how easy it was to pick up keys and get into the villa. The only thing I could think of would be an umbrella on the patio for outdoor dining. Other than that, everything was perfect and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next summer.

Bill and Nancy have a beautiful villa that we enjoyed very much and appreciated working with them. My husband is leaving for Iraq and this was our last vacation with him until 2010. We throughly enjoyed every minute of it!! Also, we had our very own alligator in the lagoon who we enjoyed watching swim up and down the lagoon. Bill & Nancy have done a wonderful job updating this Turnberry Villa. Our family of five really enjoyed the stay in early June 2008! It's located right across the driveway from the Turnberry Park & Pool - great for kids... The villa itself is about 95% brand new - cabinets, countertops, paint, trim, fixtures, flooring and appliances. Palmetto Dunes is our favorite location on Hilton Head Island. There's easy access to the beach and it's centrally located to all the other shopping, restaurants and activities that make Hilton Head such a great family destination... On top of that, Bill & Nancy have been great to work with! We highly recommend staying at 298 Turnberry...
