Having a 2,500 sq. ft. town house with great accommodations located very near the boardwalk’s activities and a two car garage can make your stay at the Isabella 3 a joyful one. Just think, no more time wasted driving back and forth to the boardwalk and having to pay for parking. A 46 inch HD TV will give you great satisfaction when watching your favorite TV programs.
Because the town house is so spacious, you can have several activates occurring at the same time and not interfere with each other. The first floor is great for card and board games, watching TV, playing video games or listening to music. A futon on this floor will give plenty of privacy when sleeping. On the upper floors three master bedrooms, each having a private shower and toilet facilities will also give you the privacy you would like. Getting a good night’s sleep and rest while on vacation should be everyone’s goal. On the second floor is where you will find a spacious modern kitchen and a living room . The living room will have a 46 HD TV, a sleeper sofa, other beautiful furniture and accessories and an electric fire place with a virtual flame. All the rooms are professionally decorated. The fire place is great for getting rid of the chill when returning from the boardwalk on cold days in spring, winter or fall.
Ocean City beach is considered one of the five best beaches in the US. A clean soft sandy beach and exciting surf, which can be enjoyed by all ages is what makes this beach so great. The beach near the Isabella is extremely spacious. Pro beach volleyball, free music concerts on the beach, fire-works displays, boardwalk rides and many other activities are within a very short walk. A great free public swimming pool with entertainment is one block away.
Need more space or privacy, go to one the five decks. The four in the front of the Isabella will give you a view of the ocean and boardwalk and the one on the top floor will also give a view of the bay as well
Since my wife and I are the ones who clean the Isabella, you can be sure to find a pleasant experience when you are in any room. Two coments frequently heard are: that the Isabella is the first place that they rented in Ocean City that they wanted to book again and that Isabella is more beautiful than what the pictures showed. I know I always enjoy my vacation time better when my place is clean, especially the bathrooms.
I think that going to the ocean in the Fall and Spring is also a great time to go. Rates are lower in spring and fall, not as crowded, lower prices at the many restaurants, ride bikes on the boardwalk all day long and the ocean water temperature is warmer in the fall than in June.
Spring, winter, summer or fall, the Isabella 3 is a great place for your next vacation. The Isabella 3 would be a great time to spend time with family and friends during the holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and Easter. The Isabella Three sleeps 10 very comfortably.

Stayed with 8 guys during a golf outing. The place was super clean, plenty of space and a great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. Will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This townhouse was awesome. It was a perfect location... Short walk to boardwalk so there was no need to drive anywhere. The Isabella was so comfortable and cozy that you felt like you were staying at someone's home not a beach house. Very clean and well kept. Owner was wonderful to deal with. We will be coming back!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was the first time I had stayed here and this place was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The Isabella was very clean, modern, and roomy. It had three bedrooms and 3 full baths in each room. The bathrooms looked like master baths. The master suite was a loft space unto itself. The sheer fact that we could not hear any of the outside noise was a blessing. My family and I loved this place so much we called the day we arrived and asked to put us on the list for next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a great time staying at Isabella 3. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The location is just 1 block from the Ocean boardwalk.Recommended for: Families with young children.

The pictures do not do this home justice. Well maintained, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Extremely convenient to both boardwalk and beach. We had a lovely time and hope to visit again in the future. The owners were very easy to deal with. Highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I recently had to plan a bachelorette party that consisted of 9 girls total. I've always been hesitant on renting vacation homes without seeing them first and new that finding a beach house that could comfortably fit 9 girls in it would be difficult. I came across the Isabella while searching on VRBO and let me tell you, the pictures did not do it justice! The girls and I could not have asked for a more beautiful, clean, and accommodating place to stay in. Not only were the bedrooms huge, but each had it's own bathroom. Also, every bedroom had a flat screen TV and the beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was updated with the latest appliances (i.e. stainless steel and granite counter tops). There was also a gas fire place in the family room which came in handy since the weekend we visited, it was cold and rainy the entire time. If you have the chance to stay at the Isabella, I definitely wouldn't pass it up! It's right across the street from the boardwalk and ocean, yet just far enough away that you don't have to deal with the huge crowds and noise late at night.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are just back from a week at this unit. It is a lovely, well maintained townhome. The location is perfect. It was wonderful to have the garage. We brought our bikes and rode on the boardwalk every day. We highly recommend this unit!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: A great location and a clean spacious place to stay should be a must for anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation. Vacation time is an important time for families to be refreshed and have fun.
