A 1928 Thorman designed luxury home located in beautiful Olmos Park only 5 minutes from the Riverwalk, Convention Center, or the Alamo Dome.

Decorated in a blend of Antiques and fine furniture,this was our personal home that we now offer as a retreat on your stay in San Antonio. The home is 2200 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen Euro top mattress, for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. The master suite has a walk-in shower, granite counters with dual brass sinks, and a large walk-in closet.
The pool can be accessed from the master. The entire home is hardwood floors except for the study, which has the original Redondo Tile. The kitchen is completely furnished, ready to cook, including all utensils. There is a Jenn Aire Cook top and Stainless Steel refrigerator, and a Bosch Dishwasher and Microwave. The counters are Black granite over White Cabinets. Flat ware and Bob Timberlake place settings make the Dining room elegant and refined with seating for 6. The 2 additional bedrooms, both 13x14, are joined by a full bath with dual vanity of granite counters, tiled shower and separate toilet.

The pool and waterfall are located in the rear of the house from a salted concrete deck.

Shopping at The Quarry, Northstar Mall or the Shops in Alamo Heights is less than a 5 minute drive. La Canterra is a 10 minute Freeway drive, as is Fiesta Texas and Sea World . Central Market on Broadway and Whole Foods in the Quarry are both full line grocery stores with awesome delis and prepared food.

Golfing at the Quarry, Olmos Park or Brackenridge Golf Courses are all less than 5 minutes away. The San Antonio Zoo, and the Witte Museum are both less than 2 miles away.
Olmos Park is a tree lined, very quite and safe neighborhood of superb homes, perfect for jogging or walking either morning or evening.
