Walking distance to Desert Willows first class public golf course, next to Marriott resort,close to restaurants, shopping etc. In the center of all desert activities. Silver Sands is a great community with ten lighted tennis courts and lessons available. Racquetball also available.In my opinion this unit has everything.The best of views, fantastic private side patio, steps to pool and hottub and friendly neighbors. We will one day move back from our larger home because its so great. Also we are 10 minutes away if you need anything. This is a greathome, in a great comunity, in the center of all the activities.
