The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2004. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private entrance from the courtyard (no stairs to negotiate). The Glockenbachviertel is one of Munich's most popular areas and has many theaters, shops, restaurants, clubs, and is within easy walking distance of the historic city center. Located around the corner from the SENDLINGER TOR transportation hub (subways, buses, and trams),you can easily travel from here throughout Munich, Germany and Europe. The apartment is made up of two large rooms. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed for two adults and an L-shaped sofa ideal for reading and relaxing or as a bed for your children. In the living room you will find a very comfortable fold-down sleeper sofa. It will easily handle even the fussiest of sleepers (my father even said so). Owners are an American/German couple With 81 square meters (almost 900 square feet) the apartment is perfect for singles, couples, or a family of four.
