Georges Point is ten minutes from the Fresh Creek International Airport (airport code ASD) where flights arrive daily from the United States and other islands in the Bahamas. Several small stores, restaurants and bars are within walking distance as is the Andros Lighthouse Yacht Club & Marina and the Andros Batik Factory, home of Androsian Batik.
Andros is a Bahamas destination that is still unspoiled by commercialism or tourism. A recent Nature Conservancy Magazine article noted that the waters off Andros "represent one of the last great wilderness places in the western Atlantic. It’s a huge area that’s never really been described." That abundant natural beauty and wildlife make Andros a paradise for sportsman and nature lovers alike. - Georges Point is comprised of a main house, with two bedrooms and two full baths, and two independent villas, each with a full bath a refrigerator. The main house has a full kitchen with gas stove and oven. It is beautifully furnished with local Androsian Batik fabrics and local art. Full phone and broadband service (including wireless internet access)will allow you to remain in touch while you feel a million miles away. Local cleaning services and cooks are available on an hourly basis to suit your needs. For larger parties, historic Coakley House is adjacent to Georges Point and is also available for weekly rental.

- The waters of the Bahamas are accessed directly from Georges Point. Divers, snorkelers and fisherman will find a natural playground without ever leaving the property. Fishing guides can often meet at the property and you are minutes from the Andros Lighthouse Yacht Club & Marina and the Small Hope Bay dive facility for offshore fishing and diving excursions on the reef or the Blue Holes.

In Season (Dec 16-Aug 31): $600/night (four night minimum) ... $3500/week.
