This comfortable waterfront three bedroom home is located on a large piece of property in the quaint village of Monterey. It is fully furnished and perfect for your vacation.
Sit or eat on the expansive deck overlooking the lake and surrounding hills, or take chairs to the large dock and take in the sun and scenery. On cool evenings enjoy a fire in the fireplace.
The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and has ample cabinet and counter space.
The living room/dining area faces the water with wall to wall glass to bring the outdoors inside. Cathedral ceilings provide a sense of openness.
The master bedroom and full bath is on the first floor.
Two guest/family bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with double bed) and large bathroom is on the lower lever.
All bedrooms have a view of the lake.
The large 12' x 20' dock has room for sunbathing.
A canoe,kayak and rowboat come with the house.
We are but a short drive to Great Barrington, Stockbridge, Tanglewood and Jacobs Pillow, four star dining, outlet shopping, and other cultural and entertainment events.
