Master bedroom has a private bath with soaking tub and shower. Main bathroom has tub/shower and a walk through to second bedroom. There is a portable foam fold out that can be used for one extra sleeper: best for kids. Condominium has pale gray carpeting and tile throughout.
Great for rollerblading, biking, and water sports, Convenient to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Old Towne, and La Jolla. Just down the beach from the lovely Catamaran Resort. Off street parking provided.

My wife and I and our two kids (age 3 and 4) stayed for 6 days just before Xmas. We really enjoyed the convenient location (close to restaurants and grocery shopping) and its proximity to Fanuel Park. My kids went to the park multiple times and also enjoyed the large living room with plenty of room to run and roll around. The rental was well maintained and the owner was professional throughout the entire rental process. I couldn't be happier. We will stay here again the next time.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We stayed for 5 days it was a great experience. The condo was clean, well equipped and a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and watch all the activity in the park, it would be a great place for children. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The property owner was there when we arrived and very helpful. We look forward to staying there again, it was a real find!!!!

Lovely condo! Very well equipped, spacious (we had 12 for dinner one evening without feeling crammed), light and airy with nice, comfortable beds. Location is wonderful - I loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee, looking out over the park and bay. Bring your bikes (or rent them in Pacific Beach) as you can get around quite well on 2 wheels. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

This condo is in such a convenient location. The boardwalk and park are awesome if you have kids. If there is a firework show, you have front view seating. It is not a luxury rental but perfect for a family or friends on a budget. It was clean and equipped everything you can think of. The pool was not available for swimming which was a bummer. Overall our experience was great.
Owner response:We are so happy our renters enjoyed the unit. Yes, unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs. We inform folks in advance if at all possible. We included this in the information about the unit in the ad as we knew it would be closed for major repairs. Most complexes with pools in the San Diego area had to close for a certain amount of time to install an extra drain to comply with national legislation: The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool And Spa Safety Act.
