Enjoy the comforts of home from this spectacular view property on South Lake Chelan. The entire 30,000 SF property offers a panoramic view of the lake. Outside there is a barbecue area, picnic area, fire pit and plenty of grass area to soak up the Chelan sunshine.
Dimmed night-time lighting borders the property and makes for an enjoyable experience after the sun goes down. A new stainless steel barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. Covered parking and plenty of room for larger vehicles are provided.
Inside is 2500 square feet of comfortable living. This 3 bedroom, 2.75 bath house sleeps 12-14 people comfortably (in beds). The master is equipped with a large soaking tub and a California King bed with a view of the lake. There are two separate living areas. Bring your DVDs, iPod, and CDs to play in our new surround-sound stereo system. One bedroom has 2 full beds, and another has 1 queen and 2 bunks. Also available is a pull-out sofa that converts to a queen bed. The kitchen is spacious as are the two dining areas. This home comes complete with a laundry room (washer and dryer) for your cleaning needs during your stay. Towels, utensils, bedding and cookware will be ready for your use upon arrival.
Plenty of parking is available for those who would like to store their boats during your stay. Our close proximity to the state park is convenient for launching your boat.
There is a $200 cleaning fee. A $500 refundable damage and security deposit is also required at booking.
This privately owned home is available to rent all year long. Whether it’s vacationing, family reunions, a gathering of friends during the holidays, or just a relaxing weekend getaway, this property works for almost any occasion. The location is ideal: very close to the state park and 10 minutes to the downtown Chelan area. Perfect for any occasion!! For what you get at this price, nothing in Chelan compares.
Unfortunately Internet maps do not show where the home is located because of private roads. Please locate the State Park and we are approximately about 2 miles up lake from the park.

My family had a great time at this property. It is safe and secluded enough for the kids to go out side on their own in the big yard and surrounding landscapes. It was close to the state park and not far from Bear Mountain golf course. We were easily able to drive into town and get food. The house is located on a bluff that was very peaceful in the evening. We will be coming back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our extended family of 6 adults and 5 children spent a fabulous week here. We loved the house and the proximity to the State Park which was great for the kids as well as adults. Although it was very hot, we could be cooled off in no time with the A/C. Great accommodation for a family.

This place was AMAZING! The view was exactly what I want to wake up to. The house is huge and the floor plan was perfect for our family..so much space! The kids loved the yard. I loved the privacy and the Master Suite.Thank you for accomodating us at the last minute. I will book in advance next time..promise:) We will be back.
