Large 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath like new home. Covered balcony on 2nd floor living area runs the full width of the house and has great views of Lake Travis and the Texas hill country. GREAT HOUSE FOR WINTER TEXANS - call for reasonable rates and free rounds of golf for rentals over 30 days!
Boat launches nearby, community pool in Lago Vista to use, along with plenty of parks and picnic areas nearby (within 5 minutes of the house). There is a great park nearby (Arkansas Bend LCRA Park) with great swimming cove on Lake Travis, boat launch, picnic areas, etc. If you like to play golf, the golf course is right across the street (Lago Vista) as well as Highland Lakes Golf Course right in the neighborhood! They have very reasonable green fees.
Grocery Store in Lago Vista is 5 minutes away, as well as the popular wedding venues of "Nature's Point" and Villa Antonia; Flat Creek Winery and Bistro 10 minutes; Cedar Park is 15 minutes and Round Rock Outlet Mall is only 35 minutes away if you like to shop...PLUS lots of antique shopping available in nearby Texas Hill Country towns of Fredericksburg, Burnet and Comfort just to name a few.

Why the Owner Chose Lago Vista
Open floor plan is great with wonderful views of hill country and lake attracted us. It is also very quiet and restful with lots to do in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Playing on beautiful Lake Travis, golfing, shopping, hiking and wineries! The vacant lot next door gives house more privacy and is great place to see all the deer from the balcony!
Public park with picnic area, swimming cove and boat launch - 5 minutes away.
Fairway is across the street from house and clubhouse is 2 minutes away!

Texas family who loves the water and the Texas hill country. We searched for a house that was open, bright and had views and we found just the house we liked in Lago Vista. The deer are fun to watch from the balcony upstairs and it is nice and quiet out here. The location is great because it is on the north side of Lake Travis, which is the wide open side of the lake with less boat traffic and less people. The golf courses in Lago Vista appeal to us too. There is one right across the street and it has really reasonable rates! This is a great weekend getaway for all ages.
