This penthouse level luxury unit with breathtaking Old Port and ocean views is located in the building that is directly on the beach. Gazing down from your huge private balcony you will also view the stunning negative edge pool with swim up bar, water slide, heated jacuzzi, children's pool and meandering lazy river. This is a super-premium well appointed unit with five star amenities. Perfect for families and groups!
Beautifully decorated, and furnished condominium includes over 1,500 square feet of living space and includes a triple wide balcony with access from both the master suites and the central living area. The front rooms have oversized glass door walls with panoramic views to the beautiful Sea of Cortez and include full blackout blinds. The fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel whirlpool appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plenty of dishes and glassware. The master suite includes a king bed with quilt-top luxury mattress, walk-in travertine shower and huge separate soaker tub. Additional bedrooms each include a queen bed with quilt-top luxury mattress. The living room has a queen-size American Leather sleeper sofa. There is a 42 inch LG LCD flat panel television in the living room with digital satellite TV, XM Radio, Broadband Internet connection, and Wi-Fi service are also included. There is an LG LCD flat screen TV with DVD player in every room. Ceiling fans are also in each room. Enjoy seating for 6 while you sip margaritas at the large granite topped table or choose one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the expansive patio.
Luxury towels and linens are included as well as a variety of sleeping pillows to meet your individual preferences in each of the bedrooms. Pool towels provided for resort use. There is a full-size washer and dryer and hair dryers in both bathrooms. Complete daily maid service. In-sink, reverse osmosis drinking water system w/4-step purification (entire resort has water treated to US standards). Childcare available (inquire at the front desk). Baby swing and pack and play included in unit.
This unit is located in the popular Phase I section of the resort. The Cristal building is superior to any other completed building in the phase because it has the coveted Old Port view and you do not have the blinding sunlight beating into your windows like in all of the buildings that face the afternoon sunshine. Being on the penthouse level, you enjoy one of the very best views that the resort and all of Sandy Beach has to offer!
Las Palomas boasts the only 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course in the area. The Nicklaus Links course is beautifully sculpted right out of the dramatic seaside dunes. Advance tee times available for the Links.
