Sit back and take in the finest view that Sandy Beach has to offer from the luxury and privacy of the penthouse level. Watch the boats cruising in and out of the harbor in the historic Old Port, gaze down at the resort water slide, lazy river and pools, watch the kids enjoying the free resort Kids Club, or just kick back to the sights and sounds of the gentle waves lapping at the sand on the beach below.
Our beautifully decorated, super-premium condominium includes nearly 1,800 square feet of living space and includes an expansive TRIPLE WIDE balcony with access from both the master suites and the central living area. The front rooms all have over-sized glass doors with panoramic views to the beautiful Sea of Cortez and include full blackout blinds for those who enjoy sleeping in. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for cooking and entertaining, including extras such as a variety of spices, olive oil, cooking spray, teas, coffee, and of course a professional high powered blender.
Our condo provides many amenities that other condos don't have including a vast selection of music for all preferences via the XM Radio stereo system, LG flat screen TVs with DVD players in ALL rooms, a variety of sleeping pillows to meet your individual preferences in each of the three bedrooms, and a baby swing and Pack and Play. The master suite includes a king bed with quilt-top luxury mattress, walk-in travertine shower and huge separate soaker tub. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed with quilt-top luxury mattress. The living room has a queen-size American Leather sleeper sofa and the mattress is super comfortable! There are also two brand new foldable twin beds with very comfortable mattresses for your children.
The resort will allow wrist bands to access the resort amenities for up to 8 people in this condo. However, your children under the age of 10 will not need wrist bands. Las Palomas will allow two extra guests to stay in the condo if they are under 10 years old since we have the two twin foldable beds.
There is a 42 inch LG LCD flat panel television in the living room with digital satellite TV. Broadband Internet connection, and WiFi service are also included. Enjoy sipping margaritas at the large granite topped table or choose one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the huge patio.
Las Palomas boasts the only 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course in the area. The Nicklaus Links course is beautifully sculpted right out of the dramatic seaside dunes. Advance tee times available for the Links.

We stayed in this condo the first weekend of February 2012 and had a great time. There were four adults. The condo is very spacious and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. Great kitchen set up and a balcony that spans the entire front of the condo overlooking the pool area with excellent views of the water and old port. We felt the rate was very reasonable considering the amenities. The staff at Los Palomas was very attentive as well. We would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Stayed with my family over labor day weekend and it was great! The condo is extremely spacious and rented for a resonalbe price. The furnitnure is very comfortable and the beds feel great. The patio is great for having a lovely Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner with the family along with the ocean waves. I was def able to relax and enjoy my stay. Las Palomas is a great resort and I highly reccommend it, will def be staying here again in the future.

I would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity of staying at your lovely condo. We have so much to say..and its all positive. From the moment we enter las Palomas the personnel at the security gate, doorman, reception, pool, cleaning and not forgetting our lovely waitress Maria at the poor bar treated us like family with such a warmth and respect we felt special. The building are impeccable clean at all times. The condo was just as described, the views are breath taking! We loved your beach journal (my daughter left a lil note) comfortable beds and the extra beds became very handy. Well stocked kitchen...everyting we needed and more. Julie's condo has it all ! The views are gorgeous, condo immaculate, well stocked kitchen, quiet location. My husband and two children spent 3 fabulous days and felt so at home, we were just minutes away from the clean beautiful waters ! We can not wait to go back ! Julie thank you soooo much for re-assuring us that the media just blows everything out of proprtion, we felt 110% safe traveling to Rocky Point, and the people are so helpful and nice.

It had been quite a while that we had the opportunity of having an all family vacation. We are only sorry it could only be 4 days, we could have stayed there forever. We are every year repeated customers and have been going to this same condo for the last 4 years, they have always been our greatest moments of the year. We stayed at your condo in March and what a wonderful condo!! Unbelievable views! I would rather stay in this unit on the 11th floor than a first floor unit because it is much quieter and the views can't be beat. It was great having coffee on the large patio. We opened all 3 sliding glass walls and enjoyed the fresh air. It was large enough for two families with children to be comfortable. I highly recommend this condo!
