You are on the beach. This 3 level home is your private paradise with a view that is indescribable. Come pamper yourself and family with a view that is unmatched on the island. There is also a community swimming pool open during the summer months. (The neighborhood charges a fee for use of pool.)
Main Floor: 1 BR with a queen bed, living room has a sleeper sofa and 1 bath. Top Floor has 2 BRs and a bath. One with a King bed and one with two twins and one full. Ground floor is a buck room with 2 sets of full sleepers and a full bath with shower. The hit tub is also on thiis level where the views are wonderful.
It is located on the west end of Galveston Island in Sea Isle. The address is 22620 Kennedy (or West Beach Drive), Galveston, TX 77554.
You also have access to the community pool and new fishing pier. Cost for the community pool is $25.00 per week or weekend. Open seasonally.
Try out the new Marina Restaurant and Sand Bar in the neighborhood. The food is great and the bar is located on the water outside.

All rentals are plus 15% and do not include linens. Reservation fee $45.00.
Rental deposit of 50% is due within 5 days of reservation. Bal due 30 days prior.
There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $100/pet $175 cleaning fee.
There is a refundable $800 security deposit. No refunds 60 days prior to arrival.

We stayed at this house and have never been closer to the beach. House was also in good condition. Sitting in hot tub looking at the surf awesome. We did have to contact the owner about the spa controls. Hew responded within the hour and showed us how to operate the hot tub.

The view is excellent. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the surf was very reflaxing and being able to go down the stairs and be right on the beach was wonderful. The rental agent was prompt to respond. Large enough to house a large group easily. Never ran out of hot water, which was good. The photos are accurate, but not detailed. It's the little things that were not up to par: refrigerator door shelf is duct taped together, four outlets do not work, jacuzzi did not warm water, wall paper is peeling off walls in several rooms, in upstairs rooms the fans and tvs have caked dust, glass dining table has food particles in cracks from previous visitors. You decide if being on the beach is worth the minor irritations.
