This is an luxury resort house at the base of Snow Summit. 1 minute walk to the lifts at Snow Summit. Brand new construction, beautifully furnished with all the amenities of home. New Serta beds, gorgeous leather sofas, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, hardwood floors, granite counters and stone. Down comforters and pillows. This is a quiet family street and a perfectly maintained house. This is not a normal Big Bear Rental house, it is much much nicer!
Large wood burning fireplace in family room. Full kitchen with every appliance that you need. Four bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. There are three bedrooms for adults - one king bed, 2 queens and a room with a large bunk bed for the kids. Sleeps 6 adults plus 4 kids in beds. This is the house for that family getaway with lots of activities. Ski, snowboard and tubing in the winter; wake board, fish and enjoy the lake in the summer. Snow Summit is going to be open by Thanksgiving weekend so be sure to book early. They are usually open through spring break with plenty of snow. A day pass at Snow Summit gets you to both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain with a shuttle back and forth.
Large patio on the back. Perfectly located. Quiet cul de sac with no traffic. There is no skier parking on the street in the winter so there are no hassles for renters. Full size washer and dryer. Over sized two car garage with plenty of parking on the long driveway. Large flat lot. |
