    We recently spent two weeks at this condo, while visiting from Scotland. We found the condo clean and had all amenities that our family (three daughters 7,6, and 2) would need. The location within Windsor Hills was perfect, very quiet yet close to the clubhouse and pool. Windsor Hills is in a great location if you are visiting Disney and also has lots of amenities only minutes away. All in all we found the condo the perfect family base and found the owner very easy and pleasant to deal with. I would happily reccomend this condo to anybody. We had a fantastic stay.... and cannot wait to come back! Thank you.

    I really cannot say enough good things about our stay! The condo was very clean and well-appointed, nice furniture but not too much. The beds are all very comfortable with clean sheets. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and serving essentials, we loved being able to make our own meals. The entire community is very clean, including the pool area and community room. The air conditioning had some issues while we were there and MIchelle was right on top of it and maintenance had it fixed withing a day. The community is very safe, I love the gated aspect for security. And the location cannot be beat! Close to everything but not in the middle of the crazy hotel district, we felt like we could really relax here. I really cannot say anything negative at all - we will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending it to others.

    The location of the condo was perfect. A few minutes to Disney and 15 minutes to Universal Studios. The pool are was great, the water was warm. The only issues we had were that the vacuum did not work well, it had no suction and I found that the bathroom and kitchen floors were not all that clean around the baseboards so I wiped them down when we got there. I would definitely recommend this condo to others, and if we ever go back to Orlando we will choose this condo

    Owner response: We look forward to having you return again someday. I contacted the property manager to look into the vacuum cleaner problem. I trust that it will be promptly fixed. They will be talking to the cleaning staff about the baseboards. I encourage my guests to let me or our property manager know "right away" if there is any problem at all. Afterall, we can't correct it if we don't know about it.

    We enjoyed our stay at Magical Retreat. But, we thought that it could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. We were a little disappointed in the fact that the pool was closed until the Monday of our stay when we first arrived on the Friday! So we never had a weekend of the pool. VERY glad the pool wasn't closed the full week we stayed, as we would have been super disappointed. The Water Slide provided much entertainment for the kids. We liked the Gated Community that it had to offer and the Movie Theater.

    Owner response: After communicating with guest and property manager regarding expectations of cleaning, it was determined that there was a 2 week period that passed between guests where some maintenance occurred, and the property was not checked again between maintenance crew and guest arrival. It was unfortunate that guest did not notify our property management team of their concerns upon discovery as the required vacuuming would have been promptly done. It is unlikely that this would occur again as circumstances were out of norm, and management has now been alerted to recheck property after repair or maintenance crews have departed. Pool maintenance occurs annually and schedule is posted on resort website. I regret failing to inform guest of pool closure. They try to schedule maintenance during non-peak travel times which was the case here. Glad that guest was still able to use pool towards end of stay.

    We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Michelle was great to work with and not only was it clean and comfortable, the price was perfect. We cannot say enough about Windsor Hills - we felt very safe there and it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful (the guards even helped us when we had a dead car battery one day). It was very close to the Disney parks, and there is plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The beds were super comfy after a long day at the parks. Plenty of kitchen utensils if we wanted to eat in. The kids loved the Mickey room and bunkbeds. The linens and towels were good quality, too. We only got to visit the pool one day - and the kids loved it. I highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed.

    Your condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean (top priority for me) and comfortable. It was perfect after a busy day at Disney to come back to a peaceful condo and relax. We highly recommend it! The pool was great! Thank you so much for accomodating us last minute!

    My husband and I and our three kids loved this condo! It was exceptionally clean and the furniture was a nice upgrade from the basic cheap stuff you would find in many of the condos in the area. It had all the ammenities we needed plus a normal sized washing machine which was so nice to have with three kids. My kids loved having the playstation. The beds were also very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Michelle's condo is amazing! This clean, well maintained condo had all the amenities of home plus more! The pictures on the Internet are exact to the unit. This unit is very tastefully decorated. We had plenty of extra towels, kitchen equipped just like home, and washer and dryer. After a long day, the comfortable beds were welcoming. The gated community made us feel safe and the pool was wonderful! The condo is located within minutes to main attractions and many restaurant and shopping options. Michelle emailed and called us right away to get our vacation plans made. She made everything go smoothly and was very helpful. Thanks for making this a pleasant vacation.     Stayed here recently for 10 days. The Condo is clean and comfy, set in a great community. The pool is a couple of minutes walk away and was great. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves as we went down early each day. There is also a lift which is useful when you have a lot to carry. Would stay again. Thanks. Liam

    Our stay at Windsor Hills was awesome! We go to Orlando most every year and have stayed at lots of private homes with pools but this one we will definately be staying at everytime now! It was perfect for our family with a 17 and 11 yr old. Everything was exactly as it appeared online. Michele was very easy to deal with and provided us with more info than we could have asked for. The location to disney was perfect and the condos location to the pool was great too, not too close but in very close walking distance. Also, the home was furnished with everything we needed to make it just like home. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!

    This is a fabulous resort to stay at if you have (young) children and want to visit Disney and all other attractions around Orlando. Our two boys were exited with their Disney room and enjoyed it very much. The great pool and water slide were nice too. The Magical Retreat condo was exactly as shown and described. The beds were very comfortable, the condo is spacious, furnishings clean and up to date, the PlayStation we did not even use! The location of the condo is perfect. Great views and what a pleasure to be an end/corner unit and not hear a sole around. This truly felt like our home for our week's stay! If we go back to Orlando, changes are very high we will visit Windsor Hills again. The owners were always very courteous, prompt, and helpful in securing our stay and offering advice on directions and arrival. We wish them well and will advertise their condo to people in Holland!! Thanks again for all, Michelle and Robert !!

    We had the pleasure of staying in the Steiger's condo recently. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to central FL! The condo is in the perfect location within the complex: a very short and relaxing walk to the pool complex and right out the 'back door' is the sports area and charcoal grills. It was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The condo is full of home away from home touches like DVDs for family viewing, PlayStation with some games, and extra pillows and blankets. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking meals at 'home' a breeze (and a money-saver!). The unit is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. The condo is also very centrally located to all Orlando and Kissimmee attractions. Michelle was an absolute pleasure with which to work; extremely flexible, understanding, and very willing to please. Hope you will have the chance to stay in this condo - you won't be disappointed!

    Great accommodation and great location. Very close to Disney and close to restaurants and target/supermarkets. The kids loved the pool although on the first couple of days it was not heated.

    Our stay at our condo was delightful. The owner, Michelle and her family, were wonderful to work with. We stayed at the condo from early Feb. to the end of March so it really became like a second home to us. If we return to the Orlando area for the cold months next year we would love to stay at the same condo. I highly recommend this condo and the great folks that own it.

    We stayed in October and November for a Halloween visit to Disney. The condo was great. I loved having a kitchen to prepare some low cost dinners and take along lunches to help lower the cost of the trip. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We will definately be using it again. We used the pool and game room and were impressed with both. The pool is spotless and surprisingly not too busy.

    We rented this condo in May for our first big trip to Disney and want to let you know how much we enjoyed it. The condo was lovely, clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious and in a prime location in the complex...close to the main pool/clubhouse, set back from the main road and with a beautiful backyard view of the common area. With three bedrooms there was plenty of space and privacy for my husband and me, my 4 year old son and my Mom It was great to spread out and relax after our big days in the parks. We will definately recommend this unit and Windsor Hills to our friends. Thanks for helping to make more magical memories for our family!!

    After reading so many wonderful reviews about Windsor Hills I decided to look into renting a condo for our Seaworld/Busch Gardens Vacation. Never having rented a condo before (we've always stayed in hotels) I was very nervous. Michelle was so easy to work with and she answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) We are a family of five, with 3 young boys and we were thrilled with the condo. It is very spacious, clean, quiet and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We made excellent use of the well equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer! The master bed was like sleeping on clouds. My boys loved the Mickey themed room and playing on the screened in balcony. The boys also loved the resort pool and the playground. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you to the Steiger Family and best wishes!

    Our family (us and 3 kids ages 3,9,11) spent a week at this property, April 8-14, and had a FABULOUS time! The location was great - close to the major attractions as well as many amenities. The condo itself was very, very comfortable and a great place to unwind at the end of a day. The beds were very comfortable. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were incredible and really contributed to the "hominess" of the condo. And for less than we spend on a hotel room!! There was a great deal to do at the property itself. We spent one day just hanging out at the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The communication with owners was quick and easy. I have recommended this property to friends/family and we will most definitely stay there again. Thank you for a truly wonderful, memorable family vacation!

    We stayed at your condo in March and thought it was wonderful. Very close to the parks, great facilities, pool and the condo was beautifully decorated. We let the kids find their room when we arrived and they were thrilled with it - both were screaming with excitement. It made our Disney vacation even more special. It was nice to share the space with Grandma and Grandpa as well and we loved the extra room we had vs. a hotel. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon.

    My family recently vactioned in Orlando and had the pleasure of staying in this condo. It was all top-notch! It is very easy to find and very convenient to get to Disney and restuarants. It is decorated very nice, the beds are comfortable...I never sleep well in hotels and I slept awesome here! We only had breakfast in the condo, but it wasn't because it didn't have everything we needed! It was nice having a full size fridge/freezer to keep snacks/drinks in for Disney. We appreciated the full size washer/dryer so we didn't have to take dirty clothes home with us. We loved having seperate bedrooms & baths from the kids so we didn't have to go to bed at the same time as we do in hotels. Plenty of space and very clean! The clubhouse/pool area was very clean and spacious. The girls had a blast at the pool and I enjoyed the extra long lounge chairs for my tall body! We were sad to leave. If we get the chance to go to Disney again, this is the place we want to stay at! Owners are also very good to work with.

    We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very clean and had plenty of room. I have 2 teenagers who had their own bedrooms and bath to share which worked out wonderful (rather than being in a hotel room). Beds were very comfortable. We did not cook while we were there but everything was available if we needed to. Very quiet, didn't hear any noises from neighboring guests. Great location, no long commutes to parks. We were very impressed with the resort.

    Having such easy access to everything makes your location ideal. We had stayed in another unit in Windsor Hills 2 years ago and my husband commented he would prefer your unit any day. This is saying something!! My 84 yr. old Mom who joined us for the trip couldn't believe how great the condo was and why anyone would look at any other accomodations. We'll definitely be back!

    We had a great experience! Owners easy to work with, check in and check out went smoothly. The location could not have been better. From the condo to the gates of Disney took us 5-7 minutes. We would recommend to famliy and friends. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us.

It was the perfect place to stay - that coming from a family who has never stayed off Disney property and skeptical about how we were going to like it. We enjoyed the convenience of having a quick breakfast before leaving for the day. Having more than one bathroom to get ready in the morning was great too! The kids loved the Mickey room and the playstation too. The complex amenities are exceptional. The pool is very close to the condo, big, clean, and the slide was certainly a big hit with the kids. The little convenience store was also very handy for drinks and snacks while at the pool. It was a wonderful experience that we appreciate and definitely without a doubt would stay in the condo again. I was especially pleased at how quiet the area was and we could enjoy sitting out on the porch and not hear other families through walls or coming in and out. It was nice to relax at the end of a long fun Disney day!

    The best thing we did on this vacation was to rent this condo! It was spacious, clean, had a great pool, and was close to Disney. We all loved it and would definitely stay there again. We have already recommended it to friends, too. We really loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer right in the condo so we would pack light and do laundry while we were away at the parks. Our Magical Retreat condo was exactly as shown and described. The beds were very comfortable, the condo is spacious, furnishings clean and up to date, the Playstation was a hit! The location of the condo was perfect. Great view of the tennis & basketball court, and what a pleasure to be an end/corner unit and not hear a sole around. This truly felt like our home for our week's stay! With 2 adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of space and had a ball at Windsor Hills. We will certainly visit Windsor Hills again on our next trip to Orlando and most definitely stay at Our Magical Retreat! The owners were always very courteous, prompt, and helpful in securing our week and offering advice on directions and arrival.     Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The condo was as described and perfect for the kids as they enjoyed the pool,games room etc. The condo's location is easy to come and go from and is close to Disney,shopping and restaurants.I would highly reccommend this condo.

    We absolutely could not have asked for a more wonderful place to stay! Your condo is beautiful and fit our family and needs perfectly! The kids loved the "Disney" themed room and the pool and slide there! It was close to all the parks and highways! We felt blessed to have found such a comfortable and nice place to stay.     Robert and Michelle - We had a wonderful time. Your home is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for our stay. We look forward to a return visit for next year's 3v3 Wide World of Sports Soccer Event. It was such a smart financial decision to book a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condo for a family of 6 versus spending the money on 2 hotel rooms - not to mention the amenity of a full kitchen to stock up on meals and snacks as opposed to eating out!     I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed staying at your lovely condo earlier this month. It is so close to Disney, restaurants, and other facilities and the pool and game room are a real asset, also. I will certainly recommend your place to others and when we go back to Orlando, we would be delighted to stay at your place again.
